I really enjoyed the cuisine and the overall quality of the food. The service was a bit slow, but the excellent location more than made up for it&mdash;especially convenient during the monthly flea market.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent selection of wines and spirits available. The staff is friendly and attentive, making it a great place to enjoy a relaxing evening with friends.

what an amazing and awesome d&icirc;ner for the new year eve night. we loved the atmosphere and the traditional look of a real hosteria. the menu was off the hook and the service was so kind and gentle. they could have installed way more people for this dinner but they decided to keep it low key and family home one we did really appreciated this.  a must place to visit if you want to have a traditional look and taste of the Florentine food. thanks a lot

Fabulous food and thoughtful kind service. We had a lovely evening. The owner recommended a better wine at no extra cost as he wanted us to try it. Great for vegetarians as well with much consideration to ensure we were all happy from his lovely wife &ldquo;boss&rdquo; 🤣  in the kitchen. A big thank you!

Our family is staying in a nearby Villa for a couple weeks and this &ldquo;once in a lifetime&rdquo; experience has been greatly enhanced by enjoying dinner at La Grotta di Fulignano on three different occasions.  The food, wine and  service were top notch and the ambiance and views are incredible!  We&rsquo;re grateful to have had their place as a &ldquo;go to venue&rdquo; on this trip.

The pizza tasting was delicious. Three pizzas and a dessert to share, just wonderful. Great service, kind and careful. Prices match with the excellent quality. A place to visit. I recommend it.

Bengodi has been one of my absolute favorite spots for almost two decades. Fabulous ambiance, friendly service and delicious offerings of traditional Tuscan fare. If you&rsquo;re staying in the area, don&rsquo;t miss this local favorite!

What stood out at this excellent restaurant in the picturesque Radha in Chianti was the knowledgeable waiter who guided us to a perfect food and wine match.

We enjoyed a very excellent meal in this friendly local restaurant.  We plan to return before the end of our time here.

Firstly, the warm welcome, the country side views from the patio with aperitif both help leave the bustle of life behind.  The call to table &#39;si mangia&#39; leads to probably the most beautiful and restful courtyard dining room, a cloister of the former church. With the menu in hand, all the dishes are accompanied by Andrea il &rsquo;mago&rsquo; in the kitchen giving you an accurate preview of what is to come.  Quickly behind him, Giuseppe steps forward with his huge knowledge of Chianti wines to find a prefect paring for you. The restaurant is supported by the Consorzio of Chianti and wine tastings and flights can also be arranged.Orders complete, the dishes arrived in comfortable succession and proved to match or even surpass Andrea&rsquo;s descriptions, my pasta and then slow cooked lamb very much so.   My wife&rsquo;s vegan diet was also accommodated which was very welcomed on our part.  The menu is not lengthy but this allows each dish to be carefully prepared and executed. It is a restaurant not to miss

wonderful experience. I took the surprise menu with wine pairing. The food was very good, and the wines matched the fishes very well. Dishes were presented in an original fashion, and the quality of the produce was very good.

A small slice of heaven, in the undisturbed countryside just outside Montalcino, with amazing authentic food and heavenly view.

The owner is warm, friendly, and a phenomenal host. We enjoyed it so much that we came back again and if we had time, we would come back again and again! The food is authentic Italian and delicious!!
