M Idrees SHARIF👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Shameless behaviour of the senior staffWe advance booked a table with Nawab’s, Huddersfield and arrived on time. We placed our order and started waiting for the food. My dad noticed the four clocks on the wall with different world city names and none of them was working. He mentioned that to a waiter and he just didn’t have any answer. In the meantime the restaurant manager (Ash) came and in told my dad to bring the batteries and we’ll fix them, making fun of my dad’s point. He also added that people have mobile phones these days and the restaurant doesn’t really care about the clocks. When I spoke to him again complaining his unprofessional and rude response to my dad he argued with me and told us to leave the restaurant and that they are not serving usSurely we would ourselves not like to eat at a place where the staff doesn’t have manners to speak to elderly people (my dad, aged 78)We left the place and would never recommend anyone to eat in there or at least expect respectful behaviour from the staffShame for them👎🏼
TheForkUserWe’re visiting from Liverpool for the weekend, so we were not sure what to expected but the Top Bank was a find. The food was fresh, tasty and well presented. We had the house white wine which was really nice and they have a selection of cocktails. Service was lovely efficient but you didn’t feel rushed. Only issue was it was fully booked the next night as I wanted to try more of the menu.
