Food was solid and the staff friendly enough. Nothing fancy, but you know what you're getting. Good spot if you just want a decent meal without the hassle.

Stopped by after a hike and grabbed the vegetable flatbread. Pretty good, and the homemade lemonade hit the spot. Staff was friendly too.

Food’s solid every time I’ve been. Staff actually makes you feel welcome, not just doing the job. Decent spot if you’re in the area.

Great pizza, proper crust and fresh toppings. Staff friendly, spoke English too. Just bring Visa or Mastercard, no Maestro.

The French onion soup was really good, probably the best I've had in the Netherlands. Eggs Royale was solid too. But honestly, the portion sizes are a bit small for what you pay. Left feeling like I could've eaten another plate. Tasty, sure, but I'm not sure it's worth the bill. Maybe just go for the soup.

Been coming here for a while now and the food stays consistent. Had the grilled fish again, still cooked just right. Staff remembers me, which is nice. Place gets busy around 7, so I usually come earlier. Not the cheapest spot but you get what you pay for.

Reasonable prices, that’s for sure. Around 15 euros for a main and it really fills you up. Portions are generous, almost too much honestly. Good spot if you’re hungry and don’t want to spend a fortune. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.

The’Menu To Share’ and accompanying winetasting is a real culinary delight! You should really try it!

Decent value for what you get. Portions were solid and the flavors worked well together. A nice glass of red would've made it even better, but the food held its own.

Cozy little place right off the street. The menu's small but everything we tried was fresh and well done. Service was friendly without hovering. Just wish the seats were a bit more comfortable for lounging.

The Michelin mention is what got us in the door. Three-course menu was lovely, plates looked almost too pretty to eat. Flavors were really there though. Staff took time to walk us through everything in English, which I appreciated. Maybe a touch pricey for what it is, but the whole vibe made up for it.

Nice big room and the park across the street is a bonus. Dinner was solid, nothing fancy but cooked right. Staff greeted us at the door and stayed friendly throughout. Only thing is the place gets a bit busy on weekends, but that's expected around here. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

The fruit beer here is really something else. I tried a few dishes and everything tasted fresh, not heavy at all. Loved that the veggies still had crunch. Portions were decent too. Only thing is it got a bit busy around noon, but that's probably a good sign. Would come back for that beer alone 🍻

Multiple menu choices and excellent menu of the day. Food 10/10. Dining area seats require a little updating but everything is very clean. Service friend,ly. Will definitely return.

The pulled pork burger was really solid—flavors were balanced and not drowning in sauce. Busy with locals, which says a lot. Good pick for a casual catch-up with friends 👍

We grabbed lunch here with our dog and they were super chill about it. I got the schnitzel and it was pretty solid, plus the portion was decent for the price. Being right next to the cathedral makes it convenient, though it does get a bit busy. Nice spot if you're in the area.

Stopped by for a late lunch after wandering around the cathedral. Mixed grill was decent—meat had a nice smoky char, though the veggies on the side were a bit soggy. Portion felt fair for the price. Staff let me sit and finish my water without rushing me. Fine if you're nearby and want something simple.

The pizza was really good, fresh ingredients and a nice thin crust. Wine pairing worked well too. Service was quick, friendly without hovering. Only thing - the chairs are a bit hard, not great for a long sit. But for a casual dinner, totally fine. I'd come back for the pizza alone.

Came here twice on our short trip. Salads were really good, staff spoke English and were super chill. Bruschetta was the highlight. 👍

Stopped by for a quick bite around noon. Got the grilled chicken sandwich, came out fast and hot. Fries were decent, nothing crazy. Place was busy but I still found a seat easily. Price is fair for what you get. Fine if you need something quick and don't want to overthink it.

The grilled octopus was spot on — tender, smoky, just enough salt. Wine pairing matched it well. Didn't need the rest of the menu to be convinced.

Stopped by for drinks and nachos—the cheese was properly toasted, and the salsa was fresh. Service didn't lag either.

Nice terrace, proper Limburg hospitality. Room was big enough and the bed slept well. Good spot to explore the area from.

Decent spot for a relaxed lunch. Had the salmon salad, it was fresh enough and the dressing was light. Service was friendly, didn't rush us. Prices are fair for the area. Only thing is it got a bit noisy when the afternoon crowd came in. Still, pretty good for a casual bite.

The mixed grill was decent—meat came out tender, not overcooked. Service was quick too, no complaints there. Only thing is the noise level once the place fills up. Got a bit hard to hear my friend across the table. Fine for a casual dinner, just don't expect a quiet evening.

Lovely little spot in Vaals! The carpaccio with that cheese topping was really good, and our waitress was super sweet. Perfect for a casual catch-up with friends. 🥂

Tasting menu was solid, plates looked great and the pacing was right. Wine pairing matched well. Pricey though, but you pay for the experience.
