We ordered s&p calamari ($30), Chicken parma ($26), Parma special ($30), beef pie ($25), dips & bread ($14), bowl of chips ($8) and the CommerMix platter ($35). All the meals were lovely and served in a timely manner. My chicken parma was one of the best I've had. Enjoyed a bottle of the Oakridge Over The Shoulder Chardonnay for $44. Really enjoyable experience. Wait staff were very friendly too. Great work. Will return.

TheForkUserThis was a great place to go to on a Saturday night with kids.. fun play area for the kids. Good food. And adults can have a little game too. The atmosphere was very good. No loud or rude people or noise. Has a private function room that had a party but didnt realise till we left. It was low noise. Recommended for the great service and good prices

TheForkUserThe high tea was delicious and our third high tea at this Venue so we do enjoy it . Very very Disappointed with the public Holiday surcharge that was added to my bill which i wasnt aware of when i made the booking or in any emails or texts that i received. I understand a surcharge for Easter Sunday but not for Easter Saturday so in future i will not return to this Venue for a Easter High Tea with a credit card charge and that added it was another $20 added to our bill.. so in future we will not attend this venue on a public Holiday or a Sunday

We were so full that we couldn’t fit in the dessert but the lovely young waitress suggested that we can always do a takeaway, as I wanted so much to try their Tiramisu. So we did! One of the best Tiramisu we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return.

Given the good track record I thought I would try a streak as they are an expensive meal and most of the time they are terrible. The Scotch was perfectly cooked full of flavour and the red wine jus was absolutely delicious. It's hard to find a place of this quality these days, well done Blackburn Hotel!

The food arrived quickly and getting drinks from the bar was quick and easy too. Had tennis playing in background that was a bonus!

Food was amazing, pace of meal was just right for us. Wait staff checked that we were ready for main course to come once we'd finished our entree. Only minor issue was that after taking our initial drinks order no-one came back to take further orders or check whether we needed water - a minor grumble. Over all we were very satisfied and left very full. Will happily return.

We went in a group of 4 and selected 3 mains to share as we often do at this style of restaurant. We were a little disappointed in the size of the serves but were impressed with the quality of the food.
