Tried the pork tenderloin with peppercorn sauce everyone talks about. It was cooked just right, not dry at all. The sauce had a good kick to it. A solid choice for a reliable dinner.

The staff are really friendly, made me feel right at home. It&#39;s a proper no-fuss pub, got a dart board and a pool table. I enjoyed a quiet pint there, the lager was spot on and went down easy. Just what you need for a relaxed drink.

Great spot by the castle and pond. The chicken curry was spot on - really well balanced, not too hot. Honestly, one of the better pub curries around. Just a bit pricey for a pub meal.

Ordered a real cheat lunch with waffles, bacon and chicken it&rsquo;s was delicious, the waffle was hard, so asked the server Nikki and within 5 mins they had replaced it with a fresh hot one :) yummy

Pizza was fresh and hot, but the portion felt a bit small for the price.
