Steak was really good, probably one of the better ones I've had. Pricey though, so not an everyday thing. Fine for a treat.

Stopped by for lunch while at Alstertal. Food was solid, nothing fancy but tasty. Service quick enough. For the price it's fine. Not a bad spot if you're already there shopping.

The wine pairing really stood out to me—especially the non-alcoholic option, which matched each course surprisingly well. You can tell they put actual thought into the menu. My only small gripe: the pacing felt a bit slow between courses, but it gave us time to enjoy the flavors. Comfortable seating too, which I always appreciate.

Came for the dry-aged T-bone (€43), left a bit meh—bland and lukewarm. Crème brûlée was the highlight though. Service solid. Mixed bag, but I'd try the desserts again.

Sushi came out fast and the portions were solid. Fish tasted fresh, rice was decent. Place was busy but service stayed quick.

Stopped by for a burger and a glass of red—the wine list is short but decent, nothing fancy. Burger was juicy, cooked right, bun held up. Happy hour pricing on drinks is fair, especially for the area. Place gets busy, so it's a bit loud, but fine for a casual bite. I'd come back for the patio when it's warmer.

The open kitchen actually makes the whole place feel alive — you can watch them prep while you eat. Tried the tuna pizza, creamy texture, not fishy at all. Portion size was decent for the price. Only thing: seating near the window gets a bit drafty when it's cold. Still, a solid spot to hang out.

The live music was the highlight for me. Not too loud, just enough to make the place feel alive. Food was solid, drinks were good. We were there for a birthday and they did make it feel a bit special. Only thing, it got a little crowded later on. Still, a nice spot to just sit and hang out for a while.

I highly recommend this restaurant for its delicious food and pleasant atmosphere. The staff is attentive, making it a great place for both casual dining and special occasions.

Came here on a weekday for the lunch deal—pizza plus sparkling water for €10.50. Crust was properly crunchy, nice and thin. I grabbed a veggie option, plenty of those on the menu. Solid pick if you're in the area and want something quick without the tourist-trap vibe.

Cozy spot with a nice vibe—decent food, nothing mind-blowing, but the service kept me coming back. Been here a few times now, and it’s consistent.

Went here twice during my stay. Black shrimp and rosemary potato were the standouts — really well done. Portions are solid, no complaints there. Staff were friendly enough, nothing over the top but fine. Place gets busy around dinner, so expect a bit of a wait. Would probably go back if I'm in the area again.

The staff were nice enough, friendly and all that. But I noticed a few times they kinda forgot things, and some of the smiles felt a bit forced. Not a huge deal, just not super genuine. Food came out fine though, and the place itself was comfortable to sit in. Just a slightly odd vibe from the service side.

Pizza crust had a proper crunch and the tomato sauce was really good. Found this little Italian spot in Ottensen by chance. Staff didn't rush me even though my German is basic.

Been here three times now. Sandy remembered us and what we ordered last time. That never happens. Vegan and gluten-free options are clearly marked, which saved us the usual twenty questions with the waiter. Food's consistent, nothing mind-blowing but solid. Place gets busy around seven, so come earlier if you want a quiet table.

Been coming here for a while now. Staff still remembers my order, which says a lot. Food's consistent and the price is fair for what you get. Busy nights can get a bit loud, but that's about it.

Been coming here for a while now. The Mexican-Caribbean fusion thing still holds up. Had the usual plate, portion was solid, left full. Not the cheapest spot, but you get what you pay for. Place gets busy around dinner, so I try to come a bit earlier. Consistent, that's why I keep coming back.

The lamb souvlaki was properly grilled, juicy inside. Tzatziki had a good garlic kick. Wheat beer came ice cold. Free ouzo at the end didn't hurt either.

The lighting is warm and low, exactly what you want for a relaxed evening. I had the pina colada and lava cake — both were solid, nothing fancy but comforting. It’s a bit quiet for a Friday, which I actually liked. Nice little spot if you’re not looking for a loud crowd.

Stopped by for a quick bite and grabbed a few vegan things. Portion sizes are decent for the price, honestly didn't expect that. The place was busy but I didn't wait long. Pastry was fresh, not stale at all. Would go back if I'm in the area again.

Been coming here for a while now, and the speed of service still gets me. Walked in on a busy Friday, got my food in like ten minutes. Tandoori chicken was solid, same as always. Place gets a bit loud when it's packed, but that's not why I show up. Just consistent, which is hard to find.

The pizzas here are seriously huge. I ordered one for myself and ended up taking half home. For the price, that's a win in my book. Taste was solid, nothing fancy but definitely hit the spot. Service was okay, friendly enough. Just go early if you want a quieter meal, it gets pretty loud when it fills up.

The berry cream cake here is really something—layers just melt together. Coffee pairs well with it. Place gets pretty packed on Sundays though, we waited a bit for a table. Warm vibe inside, staff friendly enough. Would come back for that cake alone.

Solid pasta, decent portions. Bit pricey for what you get though. Fine if you're nearby and don't mind paying a little extra.

We came back here after a year and the owner still remembered us. That was a nice touch. Food was solid, the grilled octopus was done right. Place gets busy, so service slows down a bit, but nothing crazy. Good spot if you want Greek food without the fuss. We'll be back when we're in the area.

Scrambled eggs with North Sea shrimp at breakfast. Unexpectedly good. Homemade jam too. Solid start before walking around HafenCity. Place feels relaxed, not rushed. Fine for a quick morning bite.

Been coming here for a while now. Still ask for extra spicy every time and they never hold back. Good to see the quality stays consistent.
