patricia gallegosTerrible service. I went there yesterday and ordered a cheese empanada. The server forgot to tell me to be careful as it was extremely hot to the point that it burnt my lip so badly I am using a straw to feed myself at this point ( it is so painful). When asked why she did not tell me , the owner came running to me with a very defensive and angry attitude. The food quality has changed tremendously. The cheese empanadas are different now (almost no cheese).I used to like this place a lot. Just puzzled as why the owner treated me so badly like it was my fault and did not offered any help at all. I asked the server to bring me ice and finally she did in a piece of napkin. All the ice overflowing the table. Just a disaster from the beginning.The server was slow (There were only us at the restaurant) and did not even know what she was doing. Brought us the wrong order as well.Very disappointed. Just be careful when trying the cheese empanadas they are seriously hot and they won't tell you in advanced.I don't like to post bad reviews I just simply don't go the place again, but this review needed to be posted as for the damage to my lip and the response of the owner.McDonald's
