The pork knee is huge, enough for two. The skin is crispy, meat falls off the bone. Good with the mustard. Sausages are fine, but the pork is the thing to order.

The wine tasting event was a nice surprise. Learned a bit about regional varieties I'd never heard of. The host explained things without being too lecture-y. Fun way to spend a Tuesday evening.

The potatoes and meat with their signature sauce were spot on. Really enjoyed that classic English dining room vibe for a business lunch.

Stopped by for a glass. The place is quiet and simple, just what I needed. Tried a couple of their wines, found a nice one that didn't break the bank. Good spot to unwind.

The blackcurrant tea is homemade. It's got a strong, tart flavor, not too sweet. Really good. The other teas were fine, but this one stood out.

Owner knows his beers. Let me try a few samples before I settled on a local IPA. Good choice. Place is cozy, just a few tables.

Came in for lunch, was starving. Got the grilled chicken plate, huge portion! The sauce had a nice kick to it. Left feeling stuffed, no need for dinner. A bit heavy on the oil maybe, but hit the spot.

A classic pub with a lot of character. The summer terrace is a great spot for a pint. Menu's a bit limited, but the food is solid.

The beef was so tender, you could tell it was high quality. I appreciate that they use seasonal ingredients, it makes a difference in freshness. A bit pricey, but you're paying for that quality.

The heated veranda was such a treat on a chilly evening. It felt very luxurious and the staff were incredibly attentive, checking in just the right amount. A really comfortable spot to unwind.

A real find for anyone into wine. Their list is deep and thoughtful, you can tell someone put care into it. The grilled octopus was a nice match for the Rioja I chose. A bit on the pricier side, but that's expected.

The salmon was so good! Perfect spot to catch up with friends over a glass of wine.

Been coming for years, and the staff still explain everything so well.

The beer here is pretty good, proper Czech style. It's a small place with a limited snack menu, but they've created a nice, relaxed vibe. A decent spot for a quiet pint.

Good beer and sausages for the price. Solid spot to catch up with friends.
