TheForkUserGreat local eatery. Lots of easy parking, plenty of space between diners and excellent service by the staff. The food looked fabulous and tasted great though I must admit the food cooled down quite quickly - maybe I just need to eat faster. Serving was huge but perhaps slightly smaller than the last time I dined in. Plenty of range of wine available and very friendly serving from senior staff members. Playground is perfect for kids and is one of the few in the area so we will be back again.
_TI***fxI had a great experience with the service here, and the atmosphere was inviting. The desserts are beautifully presented and not overly sweet.
TheForkUserGreat night out for a family dinner while holidaying in Sydney. Turned up for the $15 Chicken schnitzel night and was very impressed. The hotel is situated in a nice area on the northern beaches, opposite Narrabeen Beach. They also offer accommodation. Would definitely visit again.
TheForkUserLoved the convenience of the restaurant located below Atura Hotel. The food was really yummy- we ordered the salt n pepper squid and fish n chips. A minor issue was that our order took a short while to arrive (25 min). However, we later found out that they had sent it upstairs as room service ???? All in all, I would recommend it!
TheForkUserThe food was great, fast service. Ambiance was OK, staff carrying radios on full volume was a bit annoying but over all was a good experience. AA++
TheForkUserThe butter chicken was absolutely delicious as was the garlic naan and house red! Portions were more than sufficient and thoroughly enjoyable. All the staff were very welcoming and pleasant, service was fast and efficient, tables were set nicely and restaurant was inviting. I had booked for an early dinner as was on the way home from an afternoon theatre performance so was the first person to arrive but, as I finished, I noticed that Thar was filling very quickly indeed and I left with the impression I had discovered a local gem! I’ll definitely be back for another visit
