Spacious pub, cool decor. Grabbed a quick lunch - the meat mountain pizza hit the spot. Guinness blackcurrant was a nice touch. Fair price for the speed, came to about £21. Got me in and out fast.

My usual is the coronation chicken, but tried the ham and cheese. The bread was spot on and the caramelised onion made it.

The food is solid and reasonably priced. Their wine list has some nice, approachable options that pair well with the hearty dishes.

Been coming here for years, and their cream tea never disappoints. The scones are always warm, and they're generous with the clotted cream and jam. It's the one thing I keep coming back for.

The fish and chips are spot on every time. Really crispy batter, fluffy chips. You can tell they care about getting it right.

Loved the peaceful countryside setting here. It's so quiet and comfortable, perfect for a long, lazy lunch. We sat outside and just enjoyed the view for ages. The food was nice, but honestly, that atmosphere is what I'll remember.

Service is always spot on. They remembered my friend's dietary thing from last time, which was a nice touch.

Dog-friendly, which is a plus. Plenty of seating inside and out. Stopped in for a quick bite, the portion size for the price was decent. Good for a coffee and a sandwich if you're on Mill Road.

A lovely, dog-friendly cafe. The cakes and buns looked fantastic. My hot chocolate was just a touch lukewarm when it arrived, but the coffee my friend had was really good and strong. A nice, relaxed spot.

I’m always on the lookout for places that do vegan and gluten-free right. Their buckwheat crepe was spot on—really tasty. The staff knew exactly what was in everything, which made ordering so much easier.

Coffee here is seriously good, but there's barely any seating. Went on a Saturday morning and it was packed – ended up getting mine to go. Maybe try off-peak if you want to sit down!

The fish and chips were spot on – the batter was so light and crispy, and the chips were fluffy inside. They even had proper cups for our drinks, which was a nice touch. A solid spot for a casual meal.

The rotating flavours are a nice touch. Had the special Eid date cake - it was a lovely, nostalgic sip that really fit the occasion. Paired it with a black coffee, and the combo just worked.

It was so cozy in here on a chilly evening. The warm lighting and relaxed vibe just made you want to stay a while. Perfect spot for a comforting meal.

Popped in for a toasted melt. Honestly, the best part was the staff being so lovely to our dog while we were outside. Gave him a little treat and everything. Made a simple lunch feel really nice.

The lamb shank was so tender it fell right off the bone! Shared it with a couple friends and we all loved it. The rice and salad were nice too. A solid spot for a casual dinner with mates.

Jodie was super attentive even when the place was packed. The lamb shank was cooked just right, fell off the bone. A solid meal, though the sides were a bit lukewarm by the time they got to us.

Our go-to for a quiet family dinner. The pasta's always a solid choice.

The calamari was spot on, crispy and tender. Staff were really nice too, made us feel welcome. Desserts looked lovely but we were too full to try them this time!

Finally found a proper jerk spot. The chicken had that deep, smoky flavour you want. Paired it with a cold Red Stripe - just right for the heat. Plantains were spot on. Could have used a bit more gravy, but that's a minor thing.

Decent meal overall. The burger was solid, well-cooked, but a bit too saucy for me. Service was prompt, which is key for a business lunch. Starter portion was fair. Dessert was fine. Good spot near the office.

The brownie with vanilla ice cream was lovely. The staff were so friendly and attentive, which made the whole visit very relaxing. It's nice when a place feels that welcoming.

Had a birthday dinner with a big group here. The DJ kept the energy up, which was nice. But I did notice the salad greens weren't as crisp as I'd prefer for a fresh meal.

Staff were quick and polite. Got my order in and out fast, which is exactly what I needed on a busy lunch break. No fuss, just efficient service.

The food is consistently pretty good, fresh and flavourful. A decent spot for a family meal, though it can get a bit loud.

The soup was a bit off, but they swapped it out and threw in a free side. Honestly, the main dishes were the real star. That slow-braised lamb was incredibly tender, just fell apart.
