The peach shaved ice was lovely. The whole fruit was so ripe and juicy, and the syrup had just the right amount of natural sweetness.

The grouper hot pot was huge, and the porridge at the end was just right.

I was impressed by the quality of the sushi at Sushi Sawa, especially the grilled barracuda, which was perfectly seasoned. The balance of flavors in each piece is a testament to the chef&#39;s training at a renowned sushi restaurant.

Stumbled upon this spot after walking around Mojiko Station. The location is super convenient for a quick bite between sightseeing. I got the classic tonkatsu set. Portion was decent for the price, not huge but enough to fill you up. Would stop by again if I&#39;m in the area.

Chef Takatsu&#39;s modern French is all about the local ingredients. Had the seafood course, flavors were so clean and delicate. You can really taste the quality of the produce. A bit pricey, but you see where it goes.
