TheForkUserExcellent pub, obviously loved by the locals who booked it out - so make sure you have a reservation. 6.30 seems to be when they all flock in. Our table was for 7pm so we ended up having a bit of a wait and to make an alternative choice for mains as ours was sold out. Well kept cellar - excellent beers and plenty of cocktails available. RoamFreeOn a recent visit to Bettys Cafe and Tea Room in Harrogate, I was completely charmed. From the moment I walked in, the warm atmosphere and gentle buzz of conversation made me feel right at home. The staff were lovely and guided my wife and I to a cozy corner overlooking the memorial. We had a cheese scone and a fruit tart to share and for drinks we had a hot chocolate and a latte. The scone was heavenly scones, and the tart was fresh and tasty, it looked almost too good to eat.
