TheForkUserWe are family of 6 people and we have been visiting LeMontBlanc since 7 years now. It is one of our favorites restaurants. Even the most picky person will be satisfied. The location is very good - you can see beautiful mountain panorama outside the windows. Inside is very cozy and elegant thanks to wood and stone. You feel good from the moment you walk in to the restaurant. But - let me tell you about the food! Every time the menu is different and prepared with vision and great taste. It’s always amazing to me how well and innovatively one can combine local and well known flavors - you can taste local fish and meat and then you taste oyster or scallop and everything fits and complements each other. We especially love the little challenge in the tasting menu - you are tasting the dish and have to guess what the ingredients are (we are always surprised by some of the component!) To sum it up - the food is delicious, the staff is very friendly and professional, decoration is warm and welcoming - the only sad thing is that you can’t stay there forever. We are regular customer and we are very proud of it! See you again in next year!La Cordillère
