The bacalhau à minhota was proper homemade style, big portion for the price. I ate there on a random Tuesday and left full, which says a lot. Service was nice too, not hovering. Just wish they had more dessert options, but honestly for what you pay, it's a solid stop.

The sarrabulho rice really hit the spot, especially with the fireplace going. Hearty and full of flavor, exactly what I needed on a cold evening. The place has that old-school feel, nothing fancy, but the warmth made it comfortable. Service was fine, not hovering or anything. Just a solid meal in a cozy spot.

Stopped by for lunch on a work trip. Got the charcuterie board and a local beer—both were solid. Portions are generous for the price, which is hard to find around here. Owners were friendly without hovering. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped by for lunch and ordered the onion cod. Cooked just right, flaky and that onion topping really works. Place feels proper old-school, nothing fancy but solid. Staff were friendly enough. Would eat that cod again for sure.

Old school spot by the river, been around forever. Food was solid, nothing fancy but done right. Bill came out a bit higher than expected though.

Stopped by for a quick bite and honestly the food was fresh. Staff kept checking in, nice vibe. Place is small but cozy. Maybe a bit slow when it got busy but I didn’t mind. Would come back if I’m in the area again.

Steak was cooked just right and the sides were tasty. Got busy but we didn't wait too long. Solid spot for a casual dinner with friends. 😊

The codfish with mashed potatoes was the real deal—flaky, well-seasoned, and the potatoes were silky. I had a glass of white wine with it, and honestly, it paired better than I expected. Lemon tart was a solid way to end. Around 25€ with appetizers and dessert, which felt fair for what you get. Place was busy but not chaotic.

We had the sarrabulho rice and the posta à provedor. Both were pretty good, well-seasoned. Service was quick, which I appreciated. Place was busy but we didn't wait long for a table. Decent spot if you're in the area and want something straightforward. Maybe not the cheapest, but the food held up fine.

Service was attentive, they kept my forgotten items safe overnight. Good to see that level of care.

Perfect spot for a quick bite after work. Grabbed the seafood platter to go, huge portion! Ate it on a bench watching the sunset over the harbor. Food was fresh, hit the spot. Maybe a bit pricey, but you're paying for the view.

The takeout service is pretty efficient and the staff are always pleasant.

Perfect spot on the Camino, right across from the convent. Kitchen open all day. Lifesaver for pilgrims rolling in late. Had the pilgrim menu. Simple, filling. Just what you need after walking.

Service is always on point here. The staff are super friendly and efficient, even when it's packed. They really know the menu and gave me a great suggestion for a pasta dish I'd never tried.

Got a table on the terrace, nice view. The set menu was good value with drinks, two courses, dessert, and coffee. The lamb was cooked just right, tender and flavorful. Staff were really friendly.

€8 menu with drink and coffee included — that’s hard to beat. Food was simple, home-style, nothing fancy but tasty. Staff stayed friendly even when it got busy. Solid spot for a quick lunch.

The swordfish portion was huge, honestly could have shared it. The glazed rib was fine, but for the price, I expected more wow factor. Ended up with leftovers, which is rare for me!

You can watch them cook right there on the grill, which is spotless. It's a nice touch, makes the whole meal feel more genuine and reliable.

Came with a big group of 10. Food is fresh, staff is nice. Went back the next day for lunch. Quick service, good for a fast bite.

We had a brilliant experience. Good food super delicious beer. And the staff is vibe.

This family restaurant lies very close to the river, and is was lovely to get there.Though it might be a bit pricy, we enjoyed the service and the patience dealing with our orders, and the food was amazing! The grilled whole fish was one of the best fish we ate in the area. Would definitely recommend.

First visit to Vigo where we came across El Temporal, a small restaurant near the coastal area. Sitting outside in pleasantly warm surroundings we thoroughly enjoyed a meal of tapas including pork, scallops and tuna. Absolutely excellent.

The sushi here is always fresh. You can tell they use good ingredients, nothing tastes fake or processed. The udon is really good too, a solid choice.

The little terrace is perfect for a summer evening. Had the grilled octopus, and the waiter suggested a crisp Albariño that cut through the richness beautifully. Inside felt a bit cramped, but outside? Just right.

Pulpo and padrón peppers were incredible. That's the takeaway. Seafood is just outstanding here. Waited 20 mins for a table, so maybe book ahead. Gets warm inside in summer.

The empanadas here are the real deal! The dough was flaky and the beef filling had so much flavor. Even the mozzarella didn't bother my stomach, which is a huge win for me. I'll be back for those alone.

Simple place, but that's fine. Their paella is the real deal, cooked the old way. Had it last Thursday, the rice was perfect, not soggy. You can taste the saffron. That's what matters.
