Decent spot right by the main square. The pastéis were fresh and cheap, exactly what I needed. Nothing fancy but solid Portuguese food without breaking the bank.

The set lunch was a nice choice. Our waitress suggested the tiramisu, and it was the best part. Really enjoyed it. The manager was also very helpful with the menu. A comfortable spot for a relaxed meal.

The bread here is still warm when they bring it out. That alone won me over. Tiny place in Castro Laboreiro, but the pastries were fresh and the woman at the counter was genuinely nice. There's a little shop attached too, grabbed some local stuff on the way out. Just wish they had more seating, felt a bit rushed.

The bolas here are solid, though a bit denser than the ones at Zé Natário. Pumpkin jam tart was the highlight though. Worth a stop if you're nearby.

Nice spot for a quiet dinner. The scallops were the standout for me - you could really taste the freshness. The octopus was good too. They had the game on TV, which was a nice bonus.

Reliable spot for a quick coffee. Good Wi-Fi, convenient for a pre-boarding stop near the cruise terminal. Coffee was solid, service was efficient. A bit basic on the food side, but it serves its purpose.

Decent spot for breakfast. Got the pastries and coffee, plenty of choice and everything was fresh. Prices are fair for the area, not gonna complain. Place gets busy around 9am, but that's expected. I'd come back if I'm in the neighborhood.

The vegan dishes here actually have some thought behind them, not just the usual sad salad. I liked how the flavors came together. Staff was nice too, checked in a couple times without hovering. Place gets a bit warm when it's busy, but nothing that ruined the meal. Would come back for the mushroom thing again.

The grilled octopus was spot on. Tender, smoky, just enough salt. Had it with a side of fries that were surprisingly crispy. Coffee after was solid too, not bitter. Place does what it needs to do. Nothing fancy, but the food speaks for itself.
