Had a nice lunch in the old town. The food was really good, but I wish the menu had a couple more red meat dishes to choose from. That's my only note.

Great spot for a quick bite. Their homemade empanadas are a steal under €2, perfect for grabbing and going.

Classic spot across from Castrelos park. Grabbed a sandwich to eat outside. The bread was fresh, crust had a nice chew. Ham and cheese was simple but good. A solid, traditional bakery.

Been coming here for years. The owner still takes the time to walk you through the menu, just like he did on my first visit. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.

Been coming here for years, and the service is always on point. They remember my usual order, and the staff's English suggestions are genuinely helpful, not just a script. That consistency keeps me coming back.

The kitchen tour was a nice touch. Honestly, it's the cleanest I've seen in a while. You can tell the team cares about their space. Everything was organized, even during a busy service.

Service was really attentive. The staff explained the ingredients in my salad thoroughly, which I appreciate. Fresh greens and a light dressing made for a nice, healthy lunch. A pleasant spot to eat well.

Stopped by for lunch. The soupy rice with monkfish and prawns was really good, packed with flavor. The owner is super friendly, makes you feel welcome. Nice spot.

Been coming here for a while now, and the prego no prato keeps me coming back. Steak was tender, cooked just right. Tried the francesinha this time too—pretty solid, though the sauce felt a bit off balance. Staff were friendly, place is easy to get to. Not perfect, but it's consistent. That's why I keep returning.

The interior is cozy and rustic, that central fireplace really sets it off. Walked in off the street and it felt like a different world. Had a decent red with the steak, matched the smoky flavor well. Service was fine, no complaints. Just a solid, comfortable spot for a relaxed dinner.

Popped in just for dessert. The place was buzzing with locals, which always feels right. The chocolate tart was rich, not too sweet. Service was quick, got my coffee refill without asking. A nice little spot for something sweet.

The seafood is so fresh here. I really enjoyed the razor clams and padrón peppers, and the scallops were fantastic. The staff was very friendly and attentive, which made the whole meal feel relaxed and easy. A very comfortable spot for a quiet dinner.

Been coming here for years. The sangria's always spot on, not too sweet. Just the right kick. Didn't get food this time, but the drinks are reliable. Good for a quick one after work.

Grilled fish was spot on, and the vino verde hit the spot on a warm evening. Place is pretty laid back, nothing fancy. Just solid food done right. Wouldn't mind going back for that fish again.

The vegetarian lasagna was the star for me. The pasta sheets were so fresh and the layers of vegetables had a nice texture. Paired it with their white Alvarinho, which was a great match.

The staff gave great advice on portion sizes to avoid waste. Really appreciated their thoughtful approach.

We’ve been stopping here since 2017 when we’re in Portugal. The food stays consistent, and the cocktails are really good. Staff are friendly and make you feel comfortable.

Went for lunch and honestly the portions caught me off guard. Half portion was plenty for two people, we couldn't even finish. Food was solid, nothing fancy but well done. Place gets busy around noon, tables are a bit close together but it's fine. For what you pay, it's pretty fair.

The service was super friendly and quick, which was perfect for our group of friends catching up. We shared some tasty street food that really hit the spot. Just a nice, casual place to hang out.

Buffet place, but the sushi’s actually decent. Rolls aren’t packed with rice, which I appreciate. Fresh enough for all-you-can-eat. Just don’t come starving at peak hours—service gets slow. Still, for the price, it does the job.

The salmon ginger salad really stood out — fresh, light, just the right kick from the ginger. Menu had plenty of options, which I liked. Place had a nice buzz to it, not too loud. I’d go back just for that salad again.

The snails are still the star here, honestly. Fish dishes are solid too. Service gets a bit slow when it's packed, but that's fine. Prices crept up over the years, though still fair for what you get. 🐌

The grilled sea bass was cooked perfectly and the vegetables tasted really fresh. Nice spot for a lighter meal in the old town. Service was attentive without hovering.

Grilled cod was spot on, super simple spot but the food does the talking. Good for a chill dinner with friends, nothing fancy.

Stopped by for lunch on a work trip. Got the charcuterie board and a local beer—both were solid. Portions are generous for the price, which is hard to find around here. Owners were friendly without hovering. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Stopped by for a quick bite and honestly the food was fresh. Staff kept checking in, nice vibe. Place is small but cozy. Maybe a bit slow when it got busy but I didn’t mind. Would come back if I’m in the area again.

Steak was cooked just right and the sides were tasty. Got busy but we didn't wait too long. Solid spot for a casual dinner with friends. 😊

The codfish with mashed potatoes was the real deal—flaky, well-seasoned, and the potatoes were silky. I had a glass of white wine with it, and honestly, it paired better than I expected. Lemon tart was a solid way to end. Around 25€ with appetizers and dessert, which felt fair for what you get. Place was busy but not chaotic.
