TheForkUserWe had our friends birthday in this amazing cosy place, the food was delicious and the waiters very kind! They even arranged a candle for his desert! We strongly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for typical food in a quiet atmosphere
TheForkUserWe went for lunch. From start to finish everything was excellent. The service is second to none. The food beautifully balanced and magnificently cooked. We took the wine pairing and I recommend it. Our first visit but certainly not our last.
TheForkUserAn evening of Peruvian fusion cooking courtesy of chef Irene Gutiérrez at Sumaq. Some very interesting combinations with a number of tastes I’d never had before. Surprising. Friendly service too. A definite recommendation for something a little different.
TheForkUserThe food is excellent, is a little bit different from the norm, which we loved. We had the crystal bread (no idea what that is) and tomatoes, garlic, so a posh bruschetta, delicious. I’m trying to be healthy and asked about the salad. All the menu said was strawberries, something FX which the waiter said was like a dressing (we had a bit of a language barrier) and nuts. I ordered it but was nervous to what I would get! It was delicious, plentiful leaves, ripe tomatoes, gorgeous dressing and some sort of soft cheese (no idea what) which was soft, warm with a light nut coating. Yum, yum, yum! I just wish their menu explained exactly what you’re getting. I did want fish but when I googled the local fish they had, it put me off, didn’t want tempura shredded cod (trying to be heslthy remember) and didn’t want octopus. Please add salmon to your menu. Hubby had the burger and said it was delicious! We will be back, just hope the menu has clearer descriptions!
TheForkUserThe staff were exceptional in a very relaxed atmosphere. Attentive, friendly, professional and knowledgable in equal measure. Food was top drawer and whole menu tied together really well. Will be back.
TheForkUserI have been to this restaurant several times and it never disappoints. My husband and our friends went for the fillet steak and I had the pulled beef sandwich dishes were delicious.Definitely worth a visit.
TheForkUserIs there anywhere in Mallorca that combines the fantastic view with food to match, if so please let me know. Stunning in every way
TheForkUserIncredibly inventive dishes, both in preparation and presentation. Friendly staff and a good wine list. Loved our experience there. (They also recommended an "after hours" bar called "After Landing" that was also fabulous).
TheForkUserVery nice experience with several different creatives dishes. We were essentially fund of the appetizers with tuna, oysters, and wagyu. I have to acknowledge that we are more to the modern cuisine than to the creative cuisine, but it was nice to try and still a great experience for us.
_TI***pbThe atmosphere at Brut is intimate and warm, perfect for a special occasion. Each course is beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, truly deserving of its Michelin-starred reputation.
TheForkUserThe food was succulent, the staff friendly and serviceable. We highly recommend it.We had the ceviche, the nachos, some tacos and, the apple crumble. All choices were excellent and I’d love to return to taste the rest.
TheForkUserWe were on holidays in Pollenca and stumbled over the restaurant on our first evening. We were immediately served by the welcoming and friendly family. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We came back two more times for dinner and can really recommend the restaurant.
TheForkUserWas a great spot we discovered online. Liked the look and feel of the place. Had great service and the food was also excellent. If you like sushi it is worth trying.
TheForkUserWe were very impressed with this restaurant. The dining area was very attractive, staff pleasant and attentive. The food was delicious and interesting. I had the lamb roast which was succulent . At 21 euros for a main I thought very fairly priced. We will definitely go again..
TheForkUserVery friendly service, who waited for us extra and gave us brilliant tips about the island. Very cute setting, mostly for outdoors dining and lunches.
TheForkUserThis restaurant is absolutely amazing from the quality of the food and the wine service. We were blown away by how good this place is
TheForkUserToday we enjoyed a very good 3-course lunch menu. Delicious and beautiful dishes. Good ambiance, excellent and attentive service!Just a party. Very good quality for a reasonable price. Definitely try this restaurant if you are here or nearby
TheForkUserBooked lunch with friends because I saw lots of reviews, people saying how pleasantly surprised they were to discover the food and service exceeded their expectations, and I have to say, I agree 💯. Friendly welcome, delicious food, perfect service - not at all rushed but everything right there exactly when you wanted it. With 30% discount from the Fork it was good value too. Lovely views of all the big boats moored outside, all in all a really special experience.
TheForkUserI liked the grilled sea bass entree and grilled ananas with coconut ice cream was outstanding. Friendly staff with wireless earbuds to communicate with the kitchen. Very fancy touch. We will return if we are in the area again.
_TI***1kThis restaurant offers a cozy atmosphere with very friendly staff, making it a great place to enjoy delicious food. We'll definitely be back for more!
TheForkUserThe Sa Fonda restaurant is located in the spacious, historical refectory of the of the monastery and pilgrims’ hospedaria of the Sanctuari de Lluc in the Tramuntana mountain range in the west of the Balearic island Mallorca. Large monolith, clear stone columns hold up the nave’s white wash ceiling supported by contrasting dark wooden beams, The kitchen’s specialty are Mallorcan dishes, but the potato fries, spaghettis and hamburgers that seem to please contemporary tourists are also on the menu. There is a small assortment of local wines. We had a red 2018 Ses Nines from Benissalem (Cabernet Sauvignon, Manto Negro, Callet), with a dark plum color, fresh, with a medium layer of violet tones. Taste is rounded, reminiscent of very ripe fruits (plums, blackberries, quince) giving way to soft notes of roasting, coming from the 5 month passage through the oak of the barrels. It has a silky, elegant, easy palate. The fine tannins, well conjugated and a very good acidity, give it a long and pleasant finish. At 10€ in the shop, the price is 18 € on the menu in Sa Fonda. The mineral water was in an unopened bottle as it should, but which is uncommon in Mallorca in our experience. We had tumbet for starters which was the dish of the destitute (just the local veggies, garlic in skin, olive oil and salt, and potatoes to add starch) and which became the defining Malloquin dish like pisto or ratatouille for Spain and France respectively. The Cordero al horno (oven cooked lamb with onion, tomatoes and potatoes) as mains was a delight, the Mariscos with chopped vegetables not so much. The place is crowed and lively, thus noisy, and the two or three waiters dash between the tables and the kitchen is geared towards efficiently following up with the requested dishes. All in all, and endearing experience
TheForkUserEveryone was happy, the foodie husband, the fussy child and the gluten free me! Gluten free pizza was amazing as was the gluten free tiramasu!! Highly recommend.
TheForkUserDelightful host , small intimate restaurant, so helpful as we had 2 vegan diners, lots of suggestions and input from the chefs . Good honest Italian food. Pizza looked great and helpfully did smaller pasta portion for a child. A really great evening. And the Gorgonzola and pear salad with cinnamon ( not my favourite spice) was so delicious it’s changed how I feel about it .
TheForkUserWe had a delicious meal starting off with grilled prawn and scallops. The Lemon Sole was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Others had grilled octopus which was tender and delicious. All in all, a delightful evening from a very gracious owner.
TheForkUserThis was our 2nd visit in 4 days as we enjoyed our meal so much that we had to go back. Needless to say we weren’t disappointed & really enjoyed it as much as our 1st visit. Staff were really attentive & the food was very quick & hot. We would definitely recommend the restaurant.
TheForkUserThe food, view and atmosphere were excellent! Food was better than I expected and it is always a great surprise like my dessert.
TheForkUserThe view was great if you are lucky to get a seat at the top level. We got it and we was great full for that. The food was by far the best that we've had so far in Palma. Also A+ for having champagne and not only cava. Beautiful hotell, great restaurant and nice and polite staff. We would love to come back as a guest at the hotel and the restaurant Urba! They also made sure my friend Linda got celebrate for her birthday with out me asking 😀
TheForkUserEvery time a great experience to eat there. We are traveling since six years to Ina Aucanada Aparthotel and as our finish we are enjoying the fantastic restaurant on the last evening like a tradition. See you next year 😎
TheForkUserThe staff were super friendly and despite being in a foreign country, I felt incredibly comfortable dining here on the first night of my holiday in Alcudia. The food was tasty and was presented excellently. Thank you, Miramar.
TheForkUserWe have been here many times and are never disappointed. This restaurant is a true gem. Fantastic flavors in each dish and these not only taste great but also look pretty. We will be back many more times…
