The spaghetti with salmon was a bit bland, honestly. But the burrata salad saved it — creamy and fresh. Staff came by a couple times to check if everything was okay, which I appreciated. Not the most exciting pasta, but the service made up for it. Fine for a casual dinner.

Stopped by for breakfast and the bread rolls really stood out — proper crust, still warm. Place has that old-school German feel, wooden tables, kinda worn but cozy. Service was friendly enough, though they took a moment to notice me at first. Fine for a slow morning, just don't be in a rush.

Lovely old farmhouse, really cozy inside. Stopped by after a hike and grabbed a slice of cake — the homemade ones are proper good. Service was friendly, no complaints there. Only thing is it gets busy on weekends, so you might wait a bit for a table. But the atmosphere makes up for it.

Cash only — almost forgot, so that was a bit annoying. But the bread selection got me. Rustic loaves, pastries, all looked proper fresh. Took a sourdough and a cinnamon roll, both solid. Place was busy, had to wait a few minutes, but worth it. If you're nearby and have cash on you, stop by.

Tight inside, but the avocado galette with goat cheese was solid. Ordering felt a bit clunky, but the food came out quick enough. Worth it for a fast bite.

Popped in for a quick bite. Staff was super accommodating, no fuss. Wine was decent too. Saw some great-looking plates going to other tables. Solid spot for a fast lunch.

The croissant was decent but didn't have that flaky crunch I look for. The galette des rois though, that was the real winner. Not overly sweet, nice almond filling. I'd grab a glass of Sancerre with it next time, honestly. Worth stopping in for that alone.

The staff were friendly and spoke English, which helped a lot since I don't speak German. Breakfast was fresh and portions were generous. Coffee was solid too.

Solid spot in Solingen. The place looks modern, menu covers a lot of ground. Service got better once we were actually seated, took a moment before that. Prices are a bit high but fair for the area. I'd come back if I'm nearby again.

The breakfast spread was solid — fresh bread, menemen, and proper Turkish çay. Staff checked in a few times but didn't hover. Good spot for a quick bite before heading out.

The croissants were really good—light, flaky, just how they should be. The vegetable quiche though, a bit soggy for me. Lovely room, nice light. But weekend mornings are chaos, so don't expect a quiet coffee. You'll be queueing and maybe sharing a table. Fine if you're not in a hurry.

Spacious place with a proper drink list. Staff were friendly, and the interior felt really open—good spot if you're in a bigger group.

Stopped by for brunch last weekend. The shakshuka was really fresh, tomatoes tasted properly ripe. Pistachio pancakes were good too, not too sweet. Service was quick even though it was pretty full. Only thing, the coffee came a bit lukewarm. But the ingredients felt high quality, which matters to me. Would go back for the pancakes.

Navid remembered our order from last time—that never happens around here. Solid service, made the whole visit easy.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and grabbed their turkey sandwich. Bread was still warm, filling was generous. Place is small but has that proper neighborhood feel. Owner remembered my name from one visit, which caught me off guard. Wish they had more seating though, got a bit cramped around noon.

The courtyard seating is really nice when it’s warm out. We went for the BBQ buffet and the tomahawk steak was the highlight for sure. I liked that you could season the meat yourself. Service was friendly, kept our drinks topped up. Solid spot if you want a chill meal.

The schnitzel was spot on—crispy, tender, and the portion left me stuffed. Warm vibe inside, nothing fancy but solid. Would come back for that alone.

The interior feels a bit dated, but in a cozy way. Not fancy, but comfortable enough to sit and chat for a while.

We sat outside by the river and the tomahawk steak was spot on. Staff made us feel welcome without hovering. Already thinking about when we can come back.

The pork knuckle was spot on — crispy skin, tender inside. Sauerkraut could’ve been warmer though. Busy spot in Oberkassel, but the food does the talking.

Came here with a couple of friends last week. Brazilian lemonade was the highlight—sweet, tangy, really refreshing. Music was good too, not too loud so we could actually talk. Service took a while between rounds, but nobody really cared. Fine spot if you just wanna chill for a few hours.

The burger was properly juicy, decent bun-to-meat ratio. I only care about the food, so I can't say much about the rest. Fries were fine, nothing crazy. Price was okay for what you get. I'd eat here again if I'm in the area.

Stopped here for a quick beer and snack while walking around the city. The drinks were solid, and the staff didn’t rush us even though we were just grabbing a quick break. Nice spot to recharge, nothing fancy but it did the job. Only thing—wish they had a bit more variety on the snack menu.

The fruit salad was really fresh and they gave a decent portion. Liked the goat cheese spread with green pesto too. Service was friendly.

Came for a birthday breakfast, table had a nice touch with the decorations. Food was plenty and tasty, staff stayed friendly even when it got busy.

Stopped by for a quick coffee between meetings. Place was busy but staff handled it fine. Got a cappuccino and a sandwich - nothing fancy, but solid for the price. Location is convenient if you're around the campus area. Service was quick enough, no complaints. Would come back if I'm in the neighborhood.
