The interior is really something—like a Wes Anderson version of a writer's lodge. Lots of seating, easy to hang out. Good spot if you're in the area.

The schnitzel was solid—crispy, not greasy, and big enough to skip dinner later. A decent Riesling helped cut through it nicely. Staff didn't rush us, even with the place full.

The pork knuckle was exactly what I needed after a long day of walking around. Crispy skin, tender meat, and the sides were solid too. Portion size is generous for the price, which honestly surprised me. I’d go back just for that dish alone. Maybe not the most exciting place, but it does what it does well.

Came for the Kölsch and stayed for the pork knuckle. Proper local spot, beer was ice cold. Bit packed on a Saturday night but that's part of the charm.

Came here for a quick lunch and was honestly impressed by how fresh the vegetables tasted. I had the grilled chicken salad - the greens were crisp, not wilted like you see in a lot of places. Prices are reasonable for the portion. Service was fast enough that I didn't have to watch the clock. Just wish they had a few more dressing options, but that's a small thing.

The staff really knows their wine pairings — explained everything without sounding scripted. Had the venison, cooked spot on. Place is easy to miss from outside though.

Solid Austrian food. Kaiserschnitzel was good, lamb Wienerschnitzel too. Homemade bread with beet spread, nice touch. Place was packed though, took a while to get a table. Worth it for the food.

Food was solid and prices fair for what you get. Service friendly, kept our glasses topped up. Only thing: wine list felt a bit steep. Still, decent spot.

The pumpkin soup was a nice surprise, and the beer hit the spot. Pork knuckle came out a bit too salty for me though. The place itself has that proper old-school vibe, which I liked. Service gets a bit scattered when it's busy, but I'd still sit outside again. Just maybe ask for less salt on the meat.

Tiny place, maybe 10 tables. Steak tartare was solid, good seasoning. Ribeye came out exactly as ordered. Booked a day ahead, lucky cause it filled up fast. Warm inside, not fancy but comfortable. Service was fine, nothing special. Prices fair for the quality.

The freshwater fish here was the real surprise—big portion, cooked simply, and honestly priced for what you get. Steaks are fine too, but I’d come back for the fish. Place sits in a nice green area, though it’s a bit out of the way. Didn’t feel ripped off, which is rare these days.

Stopped by for happy hour and ended up staying for dinner. Staff was friendly and handled English fine, which helped. Beer was solid, burger really hit the spot. Nothing fancy, just a good casual spot to grab a bite and a drink. Maybe a little slow when it got busier, but I'd go back.

The Hackbraten here is really something. Got the one from the traditional butcher and it was properly tender, sauce was rich and went perfectly with the buttery mashed potatoes. Place has a cozy vibe, nothing fancy. Service was friendly enough. Would come back if I'm in the area again.

Drove all the way from Dortmund for this place. The steak was properly done, nice char on the outside. Service friendly, no fuss. It's a bit of a drive but we keep coming back. Just wish they'd dim the lights a little, felt a bit bright for a Saturday evening.

We’ve been coming here for years, and the three-course menu is still the reason. Portions are proper, not tiny plates. Food’s fresh, tastes like real cooking. Place is small and a bit cramped, but that’s part of the charm. Service was fine, nothing fancy. For the price, you can’t complain. Just wish they’d change the menu a bit more often.

Been coming here for years, and the location in the old town never gets old. Food's been consistent every single time. Yeah it's a bit pricey, but you're paying for the quality.

Been coming here for years now. The seafood pizza is still the reason I keep going back. Owner's got that dry humor thing going on, always makes me laugh. Service is there when you need it, not hovering over you the whole time. Classic spot, nothing fancy, just solid Italian food done right.

We booked the place for a group of 60 and the flying buffet was a total hit. Staff kept everything running smoothly, so we could just chill with our friends. 😊

The thin-crust pizza was really good, toppings generous and fresh. Staff were friendly and made the whole thing easy, no fuss. Service was quick too, which I appreciated. Just a solid spot if you want a relaxed meal without any hassle. Maybe a bit busy around peak time, but we managed fine.

The pasta is made right in front of you, which is pretty cool to watch. I had the tagliatelle and it was fresh, no complaints there. The room itself felt a bit loud though, lots of hard surfaces bouncing sound around. Fine for a quick dinner but I wouldn't linger long. Prices are okay for what you get.

Stopped by for dinner on a weekday. Place was packed, lively vibe. Got the fish stew for two and the appetizer platter. Stew was solid, plenty of seafood. Service kept up despite the crowd. Price felt fair for what you got. Not a quiet spot if you want conversation, but fine for a casual meal.

The owner picked our wines and honestly, he nailed it. Went well with the spicy Calabrian stuff. Food had that real homemade feel, not touristy at all. Place is pretty laid back, easy to hang out in for a couple hours. Would go back for sure.

The bar inside the hotel has a really nice vibe. Drinks were creative and looked great. Staff was friendly but not hovering. I liked the seating, comfortable enough to just hang out for a while. Only thing, it got a bit loud later in the evening. Still, a solid spot for a quiet drink before heading out.

Food and service are great but the guy was standing on the intrance was very arrogant and he assumed that we don't have reservation and asks us to wait aside. We told him that we do have a reservation and he said ooh but your 10 minutes late so i gave your table.

Decent Altbier and a pretty good vibe. Staff were friendly, service quick. Bit loud inside, but that's fine for a brewpub. Cash only, so come prepared.

Stopped by for a quick bite and coffee. Got the brunch plate—solid, nothing fancy. Outdoor seating was nice, service kept up even when it got busy. Coffee did the job. Fine spot if you're nearby and don't want to wait around.

The cave interior and Pinocchio theme are fun, and the thin-crust pizza from the fire oven was solid. Service was quick.

Been coming here for a while now. Truffle pasta is still my go-to, never disappoints. Backyard garden is a nice touch too. Prices went up a bit, but the quality keeps me coming back.

Food was good and portions were decent for the price. Staff friendly enough. Solid spot if you want Italian without breaking the bank.

The pizza here is properly thin and crispy, exactly how I like it. Got extra garlic sauce on the side which made it even better. Good spot for a casual catch-up with friends.
