TheForkUserI would like to see a second menu option with vegetables. The food was delicious, especially the dessert, but the loud rock music and the ambient atmosphere did not match the traditional star cuisine.
TheForkUserMemo was hospitable and offered good service, sea food was not the freshest, and too salted some of the fish was smoked and over-seasoned which is never a sign of freshness. We were served some expired food also as seen on the packaging. When we gave the comment about the food we quickly became unwanted guests and were argued with as to say that is just very tasty and not to salted. Not worth the price, and the upset stomach after the meal.
TheForkUserGood service and really good pasta. The atmosphere were genuinly italian. Easy to order with a tablet and the food was served quickly.
TheForkUserThe second time in this restaurant and still amazing. The food is typical Veronese, cooked with patience and love. The Gran Bollito is not to be missed. Also, the guancialino cooked in Amarone and the pappardelle with black truffle sauce. As yo the wines, take your pick. This is the wine country. They’re all excellent. We liked a Ripasso Monti dei Fra’. All in all, Torcolino is a must when in Verona. Make a reservation, the place fills up quickly.
_TI***d4The owners of this restaurant create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The dishes are of high quality, and the value for money is excellent.
