TheForkUserFor me one of the best restaurants in Salento. I have been there several times in the past year and this time. Quality of food, attention of service, ambiance was each time excellent. Tried several dishes and each was top. If regarding the quality of ingredients preparation and presentation. Attentive staff, an excellent Chef. The roof top restaurant with the sea view is beautiful. Good wine list and also very good wines by the glass. Prices are absolutely normal and correct. With the discount a real bargain. As I also go there alone there is no discount applicable but I went nevertheless as I prefer to have a good meal in perfect presentation, than a cheap one which leaves me unsatisfied of taste or quality. I highly recommend to visit Perla Saracena. Also as a hotel it seems to be wonderful. Parking no problem.Pizzeria La Fontanina
