There was also a misunderstanding about paying through the app which led to a lot of back and forth and kind of ruined my lunch. It turned out the restaurant did not know the feature was activated. The problem is that it was my birthday dinner with my family, and this is not the first time that this has happened with bookings coming from TheFork.Everybody knows how discounts work everywhere, but some restaurant owners are trying to play a smart card here, saying that the desserts are not included, and besides we insisted that was not right, he (the manager or owner) prefers to have an unsatisfied customer and receive a bad review, than to loose 9€.TheFork should pay more attention and punish restaurants with that attitude.
