Stumbled onto this place by accident and honestly the terrace alone is worth it. Lake view, nice breeze, pretty villa vibe. Got the meat dish — looked great on the plate, but flavor was a bit flat. Not bad, just not as juicy as I hoped. Staff were friendly though. Would come back for the setting.

Nice drink menu with a few alcohol-free picks that actually taste good. Clean modern space too. Staff was friendly but not overly attentive.

Decent spot to catch a match. Food was solid, nothing fancy. Prices are Zurich-downtown high, but that's expected. Service was quick enough. Would go back if I'm in the area for a game.

Cozy spot for a casual drink. The chicken wings with blue cheese sauce were really good. Service was friendly, though it did get a bit busy later. Fine for a relaxed evening.

The schnitzel was the real deal. Big, thin, crispy, and the meat stayed juicy. The spätzle on the side were decent too, buttery enough. Portion was huge, I couldn't finish it. Didn't really care about the terrace, just sat inside and ate. Solid spot if you want proper Swiss comfort food without any fuss.

Been coming here for years and the pizza's still solid. What keeps me hooked is they remember my usual wine without me asking. Had the margherita last night, crust was properly charred. Place gets loud around 8pm but that's on me for showing up late. Good spot if you know what you're in for.

Solid lunch buffet, decent variety. Cakes were pretty good too. Staff kept things moving.

The staff actually noticed my dad struggling to stand and found him a chair before we even asked. That little bit of attention meant a lot. Coffee was solid too, nothing fancy but hot and fresh. Place was busy but they didn't rush us. Might come back just for that vibe.

The fish sauce here is what got me. Summer rolls came out fresh, and that dipping sauce just made everything click. Beef pho was solid too—broth had real depth, meat was properly tender. Place was busy for a Tuesday lunch, but worth the short wait. Would come back just for those rolls.

Took the seafood cooking class here — solid insight into how a Michelin kitchen actually plates things. Team was friendly, no fuss, and the food we made tasted proper. Wine pairing was decent too. Class ran on time, which I appreciate. Not cheap, but you're paying for the technique. Would do it again if I'm back in town.

The daily special was solid, and the waitress knew her stuff when she told me how to get the meat cooked right. The three kinds of table salt on the side was a nice little detail I haven't seen elsewhere. Only downside, the gap between courses dragged a bit. Still, decent spot for a quiet dinner.

Stopped by for a flat white and ended up staying longer than planned. Coffee was solid, made properly. The window seating is nice, good for people-watching. Staff seemed to know what they were doing. Place is small though, so don't come expecting tons of room. Fine for a quick break.

Carlos was super attentive—gave me a couple of recommendations that were spot on. Cozy little place, felt genuinely local. I went with one of his suggestions and it didn’t disappoint. Maybe slightly busy but that just added to the vibe. Nice spot if you’re in Zurich and want something easygoing.

Came here for a drink with a friend on a Saturday night. It’s got that old-school Dada vibe, kinda cool but not trying too hard. We grabbed a table in the corner and just talked for hours. Drinks were solid, nothing crazy. Place wasn’t packed either, which was nice for a weekend. Would come back if I want a chill spot to catch up. 😊

No. 3 of Bars in Zurich

The food was decent — fresh ingredients, clearly made with care. Staff were friendly enough. Nothing fancy, but it did the job.

This restaurant offers an amazing selection of burgers, definitely some of the best in Zurich! The atmosphere is perfect for a casual night out with friends.

Stopped by the Sihlcity spot for a quick bite. Tuna sandwich was solid, chicken avocado one too. The Go Away Doc juice is a nice pick-me-up, feels fresh. Staff switched to English without me asking, which helped. Place was a bit busy at lunch but we found seats fast.

The kung pao chicken here is always fresh and comes out fast, even when it's packed. Solid pick when I need that fix.

Friendly staff even when they were slammed. Chicken burger was really good, place was clean too.

Owner's a proper character, funny and friendly. Portion was huge, way more than I expected. Veggies were fresh, chips came out hot and crispy. Solid spot.

Pad thai was really good and the portion size is no joke 😅 We came with a group and everyone left full. Just expect a bit of a wait if you go at peak times.

Stopped here on a whim since it’s right by the station. The room itself is what got me—warm lighting, wooden tables, not too cramped. Could easily sit for a while without feeling rushed. Food was solid too, but honestly the vibe alone makes me want to come back. Maybe a bit pricey for what you get, but fine for a casual stop.

Came back the same day for round two after that truffle pasta. Tiramisu was solid too. The brothers actually took time to walk us through the menu.

Came here for lunch after a walk along the river. The vegan curry was really good, lots of flavor, didn't miss the meat at all. Portion size was decent for the price, which is rare in this area. Only thing is the menu is pretty small, so don't come expecting tons of options. Parking's a pain too, but that's city life I guess. Would eat here again if I'm in the neighborhood.
