The staff kept everything moving so smoothly at the buffet. Never felt rushed, and the food stayed hot.

Loved the courtyard entrance, so inviting. A nice spot for lunch after the castle.

The staff were really nice, and the food was pretty good. They have decent gluten-free and vegan options, which is handy.

Having arrived an hour sooner than booked the friendly staff let us have a table straight away. They took our order promptly and the food arrived quickly. We thought the meal was excellent. The ambience was just right, an attractive spacious dining lounge, quiet and friendly. All round a great experience and good value too. We will definitely go there again.

Stopped in for a pint. Feels like a proper local, with that traditional pub vibe. The regulars chatting at the bar made it feel cozy. Staff were friendly. Just a nice, easy spot.

I liked their ordering system. You write your order on a little board and clip it up yourself. It's straightforward and keeps things moving, even when the place is packed. A nice touch.

Been going here for years. It's a proper local, always clean and tidy. Feels like a proper old-school pub, not one of those fancy places. Just a decent spot for a pint.

The traditional floor seating here is so unique and comfortable. Really adds to the whole experience.

The Christmas Eve dinner was a proper treat, and the coffee's always spot on. But for what you pay, I did expect a bit more on the plate for the main course. Still, the quality is there.

Decent portions for the price. The menu has a good mix of classics and some more unique Thai options.

A fantastic spot for vegan food lovers! The menu offers a great variety of dishes, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for a casual meal with friends.

Staff were super friendly, made us feel right at home. They even sang happy birthday for my cousin, which was a nice surprise. Just a really warm vibe here.

Decent fish and chips, and the portions are generous for the price. The seating is a bit cramped, but it's a handy spot in the centre.

As vegetarians, we were really pleased. The staff listened and made a custom curry and starter platter for us. A nice change from the usual options. The curry was pretty good, though the rice portion was a bit small for sharing.

The hot and sour soup is really good. I always end up taking some home for lunch the next day, which is nice. The staff are very friendly and attentive, making the whole meal feel relaxed.

Loved the vegan options here! The 3-starter sharer is perfect for sharing with friends. Everything was so flavourful and looked gorgeous on the plate. A nice change from the usual.

Came on a packed Friday night. The open kitchen was buzzing, but the layout meant our table felt a bit tucked away. Food was fresh and hot though, you could tell it was made to order.

Stumbled upon this place tucked away from the street. It's really quiet. Had their special tea and a dessert—both were fresh and tasted good. Just a nice, low-key spot.

The staff were really on it, super friendly and kept checking in without being overbearing. Even with our big group, they handled everything smoothly.
