TheForkUserHaving made a very last minute reservation for one, I arrived at the restaurant at 19:00 on Friday 28 July and was shown a table at the rear, from where you could see the chef at work.I was the first to arrive, but after some 30 minutes the restaurant, which is small and cosy, was already more than half full and when I had finished my main course, every table was taken..The food was delicious. As a starter I had pieces of salmon fillet with spinach and spiced cream, nicely presented, and a coconut naan, both very tasty. My main was a vegetarian dish with aubergine, which, although it did not look as attractive as the starter, was also very good. It was served with basmati rice. For dessert I chose the "thé gourmand", consisting of a cup of any tea from the menu, accompanied by four mini-desserts (for those who find it hard to choose).I cannot speak for any of the drinks on the menu: as it was a hot day, I ordered a large bottle of sparkling water to go with the food.I was very happy with my choice of restaurant and will certainly book a table at this place again, next time I visit Lille.One more thing: when I left, people were (still) waiting outside the restaurant to get a table.
