A proper old-school pub, just what you wanted. The Christmas decorations were up, felt really cosy. Had a pint by the fire, it was just the thing on a cold night. A nice change from all the shiny new bars.

Walked in without a booking and they found us a table straight away. Our server Joeli was really patient with all our questions about the menu. The food was spot on and honestly, for the quality, the prices felt fair. Good portion sizes too.
