❌ Very Bad Experience &ndash; Menee Thai (Sapporo)We traveled from Tokyo to Hokkaido on January 2nd.A friend of ours, who works as a Thai chef in Tokyo,recommended this restaurant, saying the food was good.Based on that recommendation, we visited Menee Thai in Sapporo.Unfortunately, it turned out to be the beginning of a very bad experience.We were a group of about 20 people, and from the start we faced many issues:Orders were not properly takenSome dishes did not arrive or were incorrectService was inconsistent and unfair between tables❗ Payment Issue &ndash; Where the Problem StartedAfter the meal, we politely asked to split the bill.A man who claimed to be the owner&rsquo;s son said it was not possibleand began arguing with our group leader.Our leader became emotional and tapped the table once.We admit this was not appropriate.However, what was completely unacceptable was thatthe staff member pushed our leader on the chest and forced him outside.🚨 Police Were CalledTo avoid further trouble,we paid the full amount together and left the restaurant.Later, the restaurant called the police.They told the police that we had not paid,which was false, as payment had already been made.They then claimed that we had damaged restaurant property.When asked to show the damage,they could not provide any evidence and finally claimed that a disposable wooden chopstick was broken.After reviewing the situation,the police concluded that there was no issue,and we were allowed to leave.We acknowledge that our group leader made a mistake. We apologized to other customers before leaving. However, the restaurant staff never apologized to us at all. Service, attitude, and responsibility were all extremely disappointing. ➡️ Strongly not recommended
