Долго не могла зарегистрироваться, соответственно попасть в апартаменты! Со злости даже нагрубила менеджеру, за что мне очень стыдно! Она пришла на следующее утро и помогла с регистрацией . Чистота апартаментов выше всяких похвал! Для меня это очень важно! Удобное бесконтактное заселение, никаких ключей ( всегда боюсь их потерять), отличное расположение! Единственный минус-шумная улица, но это вопрос воспитания людей, очень громко ржущих под окнами в глубокой ночи! От вокзала 10 минут, до нужных магазинов тоже близко! В общем, это был чудесный опыт пребывания в очень уютных апартаментах! Благодарю хозяев за радушие!

I was locked out of my apartment at 12, electronic key failed and nobody to help until morning, checked into a hotel nearby and paid for the night. Had an apology in the morning for the inconvenience but was not offered any compensation for a terrible night. Electronic doors fail and no back up, beware coming back after 11 , you get no help if you have a problem. I paid at the nearby hotel where I had to stay until morning. And was not offered any compensation for that or my distressful night.

Small but efficient studio apartment with newer amenities. Great location near train station and city center. Vivian, the manager, is very helpful for any needs and recommendations. Would stay here again.
