The Cruise Hotel (formerly A-ONE The Royal Cruise Hotel)

Excellent hotel with a great location. Newly renovated with good furniture. The service was excellent, and the breakfasts were varied and delicious. We really enjoyed our stay. There are two pools; we preferred Fat Coco. You can even borrow inflatable rings. The staff is very polite and attentive. There's also a room with slides and a ball pit for kids to play in.

When checking in with my family (2 adults, 2 children), I informed the reception. However, the room only had towels for adults, and no extra towels were provided for the kids. Also, there was no microwave in the room. My kids stained the bedsheets, and we were charged 600 for it, supposedly for cleaning. But the sheets were left as they were, without being cleaned. When I inquired via LINE, the hotel replied that since we paid, we could take the sheets with us. Other aspects were good. It was good that I booked directly with the hotel, as we got free entry to Cocoplay and Fatcoco Water Park. The food prices were around 200+, and the portions were generous enough for two people.

The hotel is beautiful and truly kid-friendly. There are many diverse play areas for children. The rooms are clean, and the staff provides excellent service – they are polite and answer questions clearly. Most importantly, it's right on the beach! My child loved it and wants to go back again. We'll definitely return when we have the chance.

Every time I stay here, I'm impressed. We always have to stay for 3 days and 2 nights because my child never wants to leave. This is our second time.

The hotel is beautiful and modern, perfect for families. My daughter loved it. We'll definitely go again if we have the chance.

The hotel was very clean, and the bedroom was really nice and quiet. All the staff were lovely. The water park and kids' club were excellent; my grandchild had a fantastic time there. We loved it so much that we'll definitely be back for a second visit. Overall, it was superb!

Went with the family, our 4-year-old child loved it.... The kids' activities were very impressive. Highly recommend! The staff at check-in were excellent, super impressed. They were very helpful with any questions or issues we had. ...Thumbs up to them... Just a minor deduction: the floor in the room had some debris and dust. It wasn't clean. There were small pieces of paper under the table next to the mini-fridge. (Stayed in room 1529)

Highly recommended for families! The children's activities are fantastic. Kids have a blast, and parents are happy.
