Fantastic location, right next to Shenzhen Bay MixC, making travel incredibly convenient. The guest rooms feature huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the entire bay—watching the sea by day and enjoying the night cityscape is incredibly therapeutic. Our butler, Nora, was attentive throughout our stay, proactively helping us book the Japanese restaurant and spa. Her meticulous and efficient service made everything effortless and comfortable. The hotel boasts luxurious facilities and exceptionally warm and attentive service. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. From check-in, the service was impeccable throughout our stay. We even decided to adjust our Hong Kong travel plans and booked an extra night here. First, the care shown to our child was exceptional! Upon arrival, they proactively arranged a full set of children's amenities for us, and specially prepared two extra packs of our child's favorite potato chips and bear biscuits. This feeling of being valued was truly heartwarming! Second, their response speed and problem-solving ability were outstanding. Whether it was wanting an alcoholic Singapore Sling or needing help with extending our stay and changing room cards, she always replied instantly! Everything was handled quickly and perfectly! I particularly want to commend her for patiently guiding me with text instructions when I was struggling with the bathtub shower switch. Finally, her attention to detail was impeccable! She proactively introduced the turndown service and sweet soup. Her tone throughout the conversation was friendly, and Naomi is truly the most thoughtful and kind hotel butler I have ever encountered. Becca, who helped us with check-in, was also very attentive. Having a butler like Naomi made the experience truly outstanding. When you come to Shenzhen Bay, this is the only hotel to choose.

The butler service was excellent, especially Qian, Maddy, Camilla, and Echo. They helped me get medicine and takeout late at night. My daughter and I had a wonderful vacation.

Extremely satisfied! The service was incredibly attentive. Coming from Hong Kong, we arrived a bit early, and the front desk and our butler arranged everything very promptly. They communicated with us before check-in, were responsive to every request, and handled everything perfectly. Butlers Echo, Maddy, Kathryne, and Camilla were all fantastic – their service deserves full marks! The hotel facilities are comfortable, the room is quite spacious with a well-thought-out layout, and the amenities are high-quality. The views are expansive, and the breakfast is excellent with good quality. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Shenzhen.

The butler proactively contacted me beforehand to inquire about my needs and made all the arrangements. I was in Shenzhen for my child's graduation ceremony, and upon learning this, the butlers not only extended their congratulations but also presented my child with a cake. This thoughtful gesture truly reflects the meticulous and attentive service provided by the butlers (Maddy, Kathryn, Evonne, Echo, Camilla) 👍. Your company's excellent service is definitely worth recommending to friends.

Exceeded expectations! The themed room's design and decor paid great attention to detail, making it feel like we were truly in the world of The Little Prince. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful and prompt. The butler told stories beautifully. The children's activities were exquisite, breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was very family-friendly, with stunning views. It really gave us that comfortable, 'at-home' feeling. The Little Prince Suite was truly worth every penny! 🥰
