The Byzantium Suites Hotel & Spa

The hotel's location is wonderful – right in the heart of Istanbul. The staff are always smiling and pleasant. Room cleaning is done every day. For us, the only downside was the breakfast – it's continental. There were cheeses, cold cuts, and spreads (which we didn't particularly enjoy), but the rest was okay-ish (soup, two types of eggs – boiled and fried, tea/coffee, bread, pastries, and dry cereal). Generally, we didn't feel the need to overeat in the morning. Personally, I would return to this hotel again.

Wonderful breakfasts, clean, and a great location.

The rooms are spacious and the location is excellent. The on-site Turkish bath (at an extra cost) is highly recommended! Furthermore, the breakfast experience is amazing, showcasing the rich tapestry of Turkish culinary culture. The buffet is overflowing with fresh Mediterranean cold dishes, various olives, and a generous selection of cheeses. The freshly made Turkish eggs (Menemen) and crispy Börek are must-try delicacies. The dessert platter is especially recommended, featuring classic Turkish delight and dried figs, paired with a cup of aromatic Turkish tea or coffee. Starting your day in this exotic and elegant setting is a true feast for both the eyes and the palate.
