Great spacious suite, clean. Nice breakfast. Quick easy ride to the airport. Would stay here again.

Racial slurs from the staff I have already spoken with ********** staff and mgr mark your staff is supposed to be getting back with me on this matter. Totally unacceptable behavior from this hotel Sonesta Dulles’s Herndon Va. I

I think it’s an apartment complex converted into a hotel. So it was spacious. Just old. We were on the lower floor by the stairs. It was noisy from people thudding up and down. But, overall ok. The staff were delightful. That makes up for a lot.

By the third day the bedrooms and closet was flooded apparently from the next door room. We had to move to another room after midnight

We enjoy staying here. The rooms are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast has a pretty good selection. Ricardo is always very helpful at the front desk.

Arrived to find parking lot not plowed. Room on second floor, around back. Difficult to navigate with luggage to room and no elevator. Stairs not a problem on own but with 3 kids and wife + all the luggage and ice/snow, a nightmare. We get into room and set everything down and a rat or XL mouse goes running from under the couch to the kitchen and disappears. Needless to say we lugged everything back to the truck, headed to the office, asked for a refund and booked a room elsewhere.

The room was clean and the facilities excellent. A deposit was held in my card against stuff I may buy from their shop. However I am yet to see my refund to my card of payment. Might be an oversight on their part.
