This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it did not disappoint. The location is excellent — within walking distance to the metro station and close to our favorite restaurants, which makes getting around and dining out very convenient. We also tried the hotel’s dinner buffet during this visit and were very happy with the experience. The variety of dishes was impressive, and everything we sampled was fresh and flavorful. Overall, the combination of a great location, comfortable stay, and enjoyable dining makes this hotel a reliable choice for us. We look forward to returning again in the future.

The Glenview ITC plaza hotel is one of the best hotels we stayed. It was a walking distance to major sightseeing places of Chongqing as well as had great eating places in and around the hotel. The breakfast-lunch buffet till 13:30 had a good selection, which was changed at 11:30. In addition, the afternoon tea served on 39th floor provided with a great view of the city while enjoying a game of pool. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much.

Great hotel with an excellent location, with easy access to MRT Line 1 and Line 2. Everything was nearby and convenient to access. The family room comes with a small kitchenette and a washer-dryer, which was very useful, although the room itself looks a little dated. The concierge staff — Lucy, David Lou, and 彭欢 — were extremely helpful and attentive. They went the extra mile to assist us by contacting the delivery rider when our parcel had not arrived, and also followed up with the limo driver when he had not reached the hotel to pick us up for the airport.

Good place to stay. Good variety of food in the buffet. Walking distance to city center. Our room was included the hightea, mini bar and cocktails which is great deal. But on 16th may, serving of cocktails were very slow. We stayed 30 minutes for cocktails. But other days were good. Overall very good. Children play area also very good. Really worth the money.
