It's so thoughtful that you can rinse your feet right by the shore. You can also rent water guns and electric bodyboards; the kids won't want to leave! ❤️ Heavenly service: I absolutely have to praise Jason, the Guest Relations Officer! Upon check-in, he clearly explained the breakfast and pool times, and even thoughtfully helped us change our pillows. He was always ready to assist with any request! This hotel truly lives up to its name as a family-friendly resort. The staff at all levels are incredibly kind and friendly, providing exceptional service. Everyone greets you with a warm smile. I want to give a special thank you to my room attendant, Aggie, for her meticulous care. She treated us like family, being both friendly and polite. She helped us resolve every issue that came up during our stay promptly and efficiently, and ensured all the room facilities were perfectly arranged. She deserves high praise! The room was tidy and clean, with ample facilities. If we needed anything added or replaced, we could contact the room attendant immediately, and the efficiency was absolutely superb. The most attractive feature is undoubtedly the hotel's beach pool. The kids played all day and didn't want to leave. The soft white sand was specially imported from Hainan Island. The lifeguards tirelessly watched over the children's safety in the pool, even under the hot sun. Don't miss out on the other kids' play facilities either. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also a must-try; it was a pleasant surprise, especially the freshly squeezed customizable fruit and vegetable juices. The variety of food could rival a dinner buffet. To fully enjoy these exquisite facilities and delicious food, it's best to stay for several days.

To get to the nearest Yitian Holiday Plaza, you need to take one stop to Window of the World, which is a bit inconvenient. What I liked: Simple birthday decorations were provided. Room Quality and Design: The room was spacious and comfortable with a bathtub, and the lighting was easy to adjust. I particularly liked the reading/night light design next to the bed, which was very practical. (It would be even better if disposable bath liners/bags were provided, like in other hotels.) Additionally, only instant coffee was provided in the room, with no coffee machine or milk, which is slightly inferior compared to other hotels in the same chain (such as Marriott or The OCT Harbour, Shenzhen – Blue Lagoon). Fruit Quality Control: One of the apples in the welcome fruit platter in the room was rotten to the core when cut open. I hope the hotel can strengthen quality checks before delivering items to rooms to ensure fresh produce is provided! Insufficient Bed Space: The double bed was relatively narrow, making it quite cramped for one adult and a 10-year-old child to sleep together, severely affecting sleep quality. Overly Thick Mattress: The mattress thickness was a bit exaggerated, making the bed surface too high and very inconvenient for getting in and out of bed. Facility Safety and Hygiene: In the small indoor building block playroom next to the outdoor playground, the blocks were slightly worn. I even found instances where the outer layer of some blocks had peeled off, exposing sharp wooden edges, which is very dangerous. Please make sure to strengthen cleaning and maintenance and immediately replace damaged facilities.

This was a great stay, and I look forward to coming back.

This will be a very mixed review. We've stayed at this hotel before and absolutely loved it, so I decided to celebrate my birthday here. I mentioned this in the comments, as I especially wanted to swim in the outdoor pool on my birthday. When we checked in, the staff informed us that the pool would be closed on July 27th for maintenance. This was incredibly upsetting. However, the staff member did try to improve the situation by offering a late check-out on our departure day so we could swim more. It also turned out that there's no dinner buffet from Monday to Wednesday, and the park shows only happen on weekends. Overall, my birthday at the hotel had to be changed to a birthday in Shenzhen. At least we got to swim the next day. And that's not all: the first time we stayed, my son and I had the same type of room, but on the 8th floor. It was perfectly clean. This time, we were given a room on the sixth floor: moldy curtains, and a not-so-clean bathroom floor and walls. If I wasn't comparing it to the previous room, it would be fine, but I can't help but compare. No complaints about breakfast - it was excellent. The lobby bar has great coffee, drinks, and service. When we checked out, the employee Jeck Cheng really soured my mood. I asked about the deposit refund, and he said it would take three days. I replied that it was refunded immediately last time, and the check-in staff also said it's usually immediate. His response was, "Then talk to her." I went to the female staff member, who was very pleasant and processed the refund immediately. Later, we left our luggage with the same employee. He spoke with a very unfriendly demeanor and didn't seem to listen: he wrote the room number incorrectly twice, even though I repeated it several times in English and Chinese. It was clear that I was annoying him. Honestly, this really disappointed me. I had expected only the most pleasant emotions from this hotel, especially for my birthday. The experience turned out to be ambiguous.

The room was very clean! The cleaning lady was lovely and polite! The indoor children's playroom is more suitable for younger kids, but the all-day pass for one fee is a good deal! The swimming pool is huge and beautiful, and the biggest surprise was finding a beach! There are also several children's waterslides. The hotel breakfast offered a wide selection and tasted great, very satisfied!

Choosing the right hotel for a vacation here is truly important. The hotel's overall facilities and equipment are well-maintained, with indoor and outdoor pools, a beach, and a water park. Our butler, Tian Ailiya, was efficient and smooth to communicate with, adding a lot of positivity to our trip. The entire hotel has complete recreational facilities, so you don't have to rush around; you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. Highly recommended for a vacation stay.

This is the fourth time we've brought the kids here. My husband says for a sandpit, water play, swimming, and digging in the sand, this place is one of a kind! Of course, it's super crowded during summer vacation, there's no way around that. We always ate at the Chinese restaurant before, but this time we tried the steakhouse, and it was pretty good too. Our account manager, Aria, was very warm and attentive! We'll be sure to contact her in advance next time we visit.

The service staff were genuinely great, but they shouldn't always use 'fully booked' as an excuse. I was initially happy about the room upgrade, but I had already booked an executive room. After the upgrade, the room was dirty, the hangers were broken, and the bathroom door was faulty – I don't know if it had fallen off or what, but it was really dangerous and leaked water all over the floor. However, since they mentioned during the upgrade that my original room might no longer be available, I didn't bother changing. I requested slippers at 4 PM, and after asking 4 times, they finally arrived at 8 PM. An upgraded room costs 3000 a night, yet they can't even bother to replace broken hangers or provide proper slippers? They claimed the slippers were disinfected, but the staff just rinsed them with water, and they were still wet. Very disappointing, especially since I specifically came here to stay at the hotel.
