Location was convenient to the airport. Facility was beautiful. Rooms were clean and we had great view. Plenty of towels as well.

We had a very enjoyable stay. I would have rated this a 5 if it weren't for the fact that when I went to purchase a healthcare item from the shop they were about to charge me more than 4x the price. When I questioned it a snarky checkout girl shouted "you're in a resort, ma'am!". Rude, unprofessional and not in keeping with the upscale vibe they're going for

Very clean. Diversity of things to do. What I did not like is that I booked 2 rooms with a king bed with mountains view , and when I got there they wanted to give different rooms. Plus we had an incident with the valet parking. They hit the side of our pick up.

Pools were way over crowded with convention goers and pool area was not staffed adequately. Sports bar service was friendly but food took a long time to come out and was just average. Property is beautiful and would consider coming again not during peak times.

I really liked the area around the building. There’s lots of beautiful walking spaces. The staff is wonderful, patient, and accommodating. The food was delicious, and having direct access to the convention was a lifesaver. There were a few things I didn’t like; for example, only half of our hotel room was cleaned. There was also staining on the box spring, one of the sinks didn’t drain, and our refrigerator didn’t cool well. Parking is also exceedingly difficult. We ended up buying a valet pass, and the staff were very kind and helpful.

The property is beautiful, lots of activities, and family oriented. The room is very small and basic. Parking fee is absurd. We went there mainly for the pool, it was underwhelming. It is a beautiful hotel but not worth $500/night.

Family The stay was for 4 days and it wasn't enough the place is amazing and I wouldn't mind never leaving the area of the resort for my whole state unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy more than I wanted to but I will be coming back with more the family and doing the same thing all over again,,, BUT!!!!! you need a airport shuttle service PLEASE,,,
