Center Parcs Villages Nature Paris

Being here during a ridiculous heatwave was really horrible considering they refuse to allow air con even the portable ones!

Loved our time here. Better then expected Can see why so many from so many countries visiting the park Sorry I fell off my bike twice Once in front of the fire engine and the next day in front of the tip truck I was getting a pic of for my husband. It Was wet. The Bush was wetter. Stupid bike. Only down side was the high cost of internal activities. And length of time given each one. Save your pennies kids. Awesome lolly shop by the way.

The pool was amazing our cottage was great! Everything about our stay was great we will definitely be back!

A beautiful site, cottage was spotlessly clean and exactly like the photos, pool was amazing. We were lucky to have amazing weather which made the break feel like a proper summer holiday

Family friendly, big rooms we had the 3 bedroom apartment, fantastic swimming pools, crazy golf, bike riders, and the tree top adventure is one of the best I’ve seen, and a lot more I could mention, great bus service to the town and Disneyland, fantastic shopping centre in town massive supermarket in the shopping centre, if you want to use the taxis, beware of people at the taxi rank trying to get you to pay 40 euros to get to site when you can book a uber for around 14 euros, we went on the Euro Star to Lille and Lille to Disneyland where we took a taxi to site we found that easier that going to Paris.

Good resort with a good selection of food and activities. Biggest draw back was despite booking a new lodge the bed and sofa were beyond uncomfortable - more style over substance. For us to stay again the accommodation would need to improve to truly cater for a family for a week

Book direct if you are going and do not go off peak! Great location and allows early entry to Disney. However there was a lot of maintenance work. Lots of pool rides not in operation as were the play areas. Accomodation was shut off in places and looked derelict. Our villa smelt really bad of sewage in the shower and we noticed a hole in the ground and fenced off area outside by the septic tank. We reported the smell twice and no one came to resolve. We booked and paid for activities only to turn up and they got cancelled due to numbers and staff issues. You can not access the portal and activity bookings if you do not book direct. Months later I am still awaiting a refund for cancelled activities. Customer service do not respond so if they offer onsite credit or a refund, take the onsite credit and try to find something to spend it on otherwise you’ll get nothing! After months customer services at centre parcs said I need to ask for a refund for activities through ******* as I didn’t book the holiday direct (albeit I booked activities direct on site and they cancelled!). Overall very disappointing and not on par with the UK parks and service! We made the most of it and I can see it would be a great option in the summer for Disney but book direct!

Overall, we had a great time. We booked a VIP cottage which was spotlessly clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The one thing that let the place down was we travelled with another family & they refused our request to have our accommodation near to one another. We ended up being a good 15 minute walk from each other (despite being in the same type of accommodation). The park is not very well lit so walking back to our accommodation in the dark was a challenge.
