Center Parcs Villages Nature Paris

Being here during a ridiculous heatwave was really horrible considering they refuse to allow air con even the portable ones!

Loved our time here. Better then expected Can see why so many from so many countries visiting the park Sorry I fell off my bike twice Once in front of the fire engine and the next day in front of the tip truck I was getting a pic of for my husband. It Was wet. The Bush was wetter. Stupid bike. Only down side was the high cost of internal activities. And length of time given each one. Save your pennies kids. Awesome lolly shop by the way.

All really good. The children loved the pool area and all the slides. The gardens were great too as was the indoor play area/farm. Only downsides were there there weren’t many places to eat in the evenings (long queues for the only real option that was open) and we only had 2 bowls in the room (for 4 of us) for the whole stay, despite asking for more. Still, overall we were happy.

Great place, clean and well equipped. Nice to have dishwasher & coffee machine. On-site bakery was fabulous, opened at 7am so great for morning bagette and a morning coffee.

Be aware when requesting a lake view if you stay in a Premium room and your directly lakeside bring earplugs! Not sure if it was burd mating season but the noise was non stop squawking day and night! Ha.

Excellent place to stay, so many activities for the children and the pool is amazing. The apartment was great, not perfect a couple

Check in was smooth and fast. Clean except for lots of ants, safe was already locked, the barrier to get to the bus never worked on the pushchair/wheelchair door so during unmanned hours this was incredibly difficult and one night people were passing pushchairs over the top and holding doors open. The accommodation had no bed linen but this wasn’t described in the description. Pool was great one day but the following day a lot was closed which was a shame. Shop on day one was clearer empty but restocked throughout the weekend. Buses to DLP were really easy and simple. Made it easy to get there and back. Overall it was ok, was what we needed for a flying visit but should’ve been better.

We travelled with our two young children and had a fantastic stay at Centre Parcs. There was plenty to do for all ages, from the swimming paradise and playgrounds to the various family activities around the park. The accommodation was comfortable, the surroundings were beautiful, and everything was well maintained. The children were entertained throughout the holiday, making it a relaxing break for us too. We would definitely recommend Centre Parcs to families looking for a fun and stress-free getaway and look forward to visiting again.

Booked a cottage through *******, which we have done many times before for Villages Nature. We were given our accommodation number at the gate, and set off to find our cottage, only to find that we had been downgraded to an apartment, with no discussion or communication. We spoke to guest services who said that we needed to pick up with ******* as they can't tell what accommodation type someone has booked as the two systems don't align. They acknowledged the incorrect accommodation, and agreed they would look to resolve however we never heard anything more. We chased 3 or 4 times and gave up. Very poor customer service and does not doesn't reflect what you would expect from a typical centre parcs.
