Center Parcs Villages Nature Paris

Being here during a ridiculous heatwave was really horrible considering they refuse to allow air con even the portable ones!

Loved our time here. Better then expected Can see why so many from so many countries visiting the park Sorry I fell off my bike twice Once in front of the fire engine and the next day in front of the tip truck I was getting a pic of for my husband. It Was wet. The Bush was wetter. Stupid bike. Only down side was the high cost of internal activities. And length of time given each one. Save your pennies kids. Awesome lolly shop by the way.

The park facilities are exactly as expected, handy shop, pizza restaurant is good, pool area is ideal and the bowling place has decent cocktails. I found it strange there are no lights at night around the park, so walking from the bar to the lodge at night was extremely dark. Download the app for local buses and they are really frequent to Disneyland. The lodge we had was not clean. The mattress was stained with what looked like blood, the toilets looked like they hadnt seen bleach in years, the pillows have no protectors and are sweat stained, hairs all over the bed, sheets were marked. When we pulled out the sofa bed it was covered in food, rubbish and broken bits of toys from previous guests. There were 3 fans provided. I had to take them outside and scrub the inches of dust from them to try and make them make any difference to the temperature. There was 2 pots for use and 1 was too small for use on the induction hob so was absolutely useless. The microwave/oven smelled like rotten cheese so we never used it. The outside furniture was also very dirty which we can accept as they stay outside but this was years of build up. The light outside flickered constantly so we couldnt sit outside at night as it is very dark. Luckily we were literally using it as a base to sleep as we were in Disneyland and Paris for full days. We left the lodge is a much better condition than we found it.

We didn’t get the accommodation which we were supposed when booking it. The apartment we got was okay, but since we travelled with a dog we could have been using the “garden” of the cabin.

Amazing park and property to stay in. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for sightseeing and visiting Disneyland. We will definitely stay again!

Good points: Lovely setting. Wildlife wonderful. Great access to Disney Paris by a local bus in easy walking distance. room hot and smelly. Bad points: Drain smell all the time even when we tried to ventilate. Silver fish/ insects in bathroom. Flies in curtain in bedroom. Room looked more tired than the photos suggest. Carpet was stained. We were there the week after the heatwave rather in the peak of it. So weather was about 25-27C and inside felt hot and smelly. In future I would look for air con in rooms in the summer months in future as it was very hot. Barely manageable. At least there was a fan in bedroom. I had high hopes but on reflection we probably wouldn’t come back.

Check in was about an hour long queued out the door in a heatwave, had to walk 25 mins to cottage with no directions and suitcases two young children. Cottage smelt of something dead and the heat was unbearable.on the 3rd day we woke up to the place covered in ants on floors worktops everywhere we then checked out to a hotel for 2nights for air conditioning as the kids were struggling we mentioned the ant problem to reception. On arrival back to cottage there was still ants and what can only be described as animal droppings over the worktops we then for the safety of young children checked out and had to check in to another hotel for 3 nights, we stayed in our cottage for 2/7 nights and we’re out a small fortune on other hotel costs.. Awful experience. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, when arriving at our VIP lodge, there were lots of things wrong with the property in terms of damages. Our decking had a huge hole in it making it unsafe to go in, there was a speckles of blood on our bedsheets, and the bathrooms had hair in it. We also had one desk fan between two bedrooms in 38+ heat and I’m 19 weeks pregnant and have another child also. When reaching out, they expressed that they would bring us another fan, and new bed sheet and the damages would be looked into by a separate team. 24 hours later, we asked where it was and they stated that because we were checking out the next day, to just raise a complaint… Not easy to find the complaints service though! Such a shame as the grounds are beautiful with so much to do!

15/6/26-22/6/26 We had a great stay at centre parc village nature. The facilities were fantastic and we thoroughly enjoying the activities. The only reason we have said 4* is purely for the room and balcony being a little tired in areas. (one part of the shower head didn’t work, decking on balcony looked tired, little things like that) And the lazy river being shut for maintenance which we weren’t aware of. However we still had the best time. We did the pony ride which our daughter loved and wanted to go again The learner driving experience (for kids) Which was great fun. The kids and adults were given water guns to have fun with as the weather was very hot. All reasonably priced. The indoor and outdoor pool was great, with slides, and areas for all ages. The convenience store had a good range of foods at a good price. Restaurants on site were also really good and some offer takeaway option so you can enjoy in your apartments if you wished. The parks were really great and shaded for the hot days. The farm had an indoor kids play area and somewhere for parents to get refreshments. There was so many experience that you got book to keep the kids and yourselves entertained. All The staff were super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and would love to go back :)
