Eunice Hotel Gastronómico

The property and accommodation is first rate. The staff were friendly and professional. Room and bathroom perfect and location of the hotel in the town could not be faulted. The provision or the ability for valet parking was appreciated. We did find that having the only option for breakfast in the garden was not convenient and the closure of the dining room at the time of our stay was very unfortunate. The gastronomic breakfast was delightful but somewhat confusing in its delivery.

First night in large accessible room was noisy from the central square. Francisco was very helpful in many ways and changed us to a smaller, wonderfully peaceful room overlooking the courtyard garden. Breakfast was fine, but we would prefer a buffet. (3 cakes, 1 granola, 1 yoghurt for two people?) There was generous fruit, eggs and veg cooked to order. Americano coffee was tasteless, so stick to cafe con leche. Lavender tea in the room not to our taste - Frank came to the rescue once again with English breakfast tea.

Absolutely stunning hotel in every way and probably one of the best we have ever had the pleasure to stay at. Beautiful boutique hotel with just 13 rooms. Our room was beautifully decorated and very spacious and smelt simply lovely. The private terrace overlooking the cosy hotel patio area was also a lovely touch. The breakfast experience is really something to cherish and makes your stay feel even more special and luxurious. All the staff are super friendly and helpful and we would especially like to thank Andre, Senia and Nicole for making our stay so special they are so lovely. The hotel is so well situated in the heart of Salamanca it is so easy to get around the city from the hotel. When we return to Salamanca we will most certainly be staying again at the Eunice, simply superb 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Salamanca is amazing, staying at Eunice makes it magical… this lovely hotel is perfectly located and super comfortable and the eye for detail is perfect. Oh…. And the service, simply amazing. We stayed for 2 nights in room #13 which has all you can wish for. Gracias…
