Hapimag Resort Salzburg

It's located in the old town, a great location. However, the car we hired from Hungary couldn't drive there; we had to park on the other side of the river and walk in with our luggage. Also, the room was supposed to be a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, but it was actually one bed in the bedroom and one bed in the living room. There was one bathroom and one shower. We booked for three nights, and they wouldn't refund the last two, but Ctrip covered the losses and refunded us. They also charged us city tax upon check-out. The other hotel didn't charge that.

The room was lovely and well-equipped, located in the heart of the old town, near the central train station, convenient for transportation and shopping. The self-check-in service was very convenient.

The location is absolutely fantastic, and the cleanliness and facilities are excellent. However, please note that the amenities are limited to a bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo, with no other amenities. The staff are also very friendly!

I booked the rooms separately, and stayed for a total of four nights. I've already reviewed it before, so I won't repeat myself. I was very satisfied and would stay here again next time.

Great, highly recommend staying here

This is a European chain hotel. The overall service and location are very good. Because I have children, the hotel upgraded my room for free. The location➕room facilities➕the kitchen is the highlight. We fried steak in the room and downstairs The bustling old street feels good. There are many places to have breakfast nearby and they are not expensive, so it is okay not to bring breakfast.
