Hampton by Hilton Kunming Nanping Pedestrian Street

Traveling with family for the National Day holiday, we chose Hampton again in Kunming because the family room is very convenient. The surrounding transportation is easily accessible, and the hotel staff are attentive and enthusiastic.

It was decent, pretty good. The hotel's proximity to where I needed to go was incredibly convenient. Check-in was quick, and the room matched the pictures, so there were no surprises. Overall, it was an authentic experience and didn't disappoint.

The hotel is conveniently located near Nanping Old Street, making transportation easy. However, the parking entrance is on the main street, and it's quite hidden and narrow. With many electric bikes and pedestrians, getting in and out can be inconvenient. The front desk later informed us that we could park in the nearby mall and have the parking fees reimbursed. The hotel's main advantage is its location. If parking isn't an issue for you, it's a good choice. You can stroll around to Nanping Walking Street and Kunming Old Street, and even walk all the way to Green Lake. You can then take an electric bike back, which is very convenient. On the day of our check-in, it was the Mid-Autumn Festival, and there was a small event that our child participated in. The room was not large, but decent, and came with welcome fruits. The service was also good.

The room was great – clean, convenient, and a delightful surprise with a beautiful fruit platter. What truly exceeded my expectations was another pleasant surprise upon check-out. The location is absolutely fantastic, very close to the Pedestrian Street and Honglong Plaza. The front desk service was also super helpful. Highly recommended!

Facilities: The room is spacious, the mattress is comfortable, and there are latex pillows. Cleanliness: Very clean and well-maintained. Environment: The hotel is close to the pedestrian street and Kunming Old Street, with convenient transportation. It's about a ten-minute walk to Kunming Old Street. Service: The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very polite. We had to wait a while to check in in the afternoon because rooms were scarce, but they offered us tea and a small notebook as a gesture.

I was in Kunming for business this time and booked this hotel in the city center because I was with my parents. Jay at the front desk provided excellent service; check-in and check-out were quick, and he was especially attentive to my elderly parents, checking in on them several times. I was very touched! The breakfast was also very generous, and both my parents were satisfied. Next time I come to Kunming, I will definitely book here again.

The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The service attitude was excellent. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Kunming. The transportation is convenient, making it suitable for getting anywhere.
