Petra Heart Hotel

Five stars for the elderly gentleman at the front desk! He proactively offered very professional and helpful advice in fluent English for our day trip to Petra the following day, and his recommendations for famous local restaurants were delicious, authentic, and affordable. The room was clean and tidy, and it was one of the few high-quality hotels that provided slippers, toothbrushes, shower caps, razors, and all the necessary amenities.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information. It was a perfect three-day stay. The facilities were clean and comfortable. A highly recommended hotel.

It's absolutely wonderful. It's practically the cleanest. It's a bit far from Petra, but the service makes up for it. It's not that far, either. If you want to explore Petra on foot, you'll need to know how to walk. The accommodations are very clean and luxurious, and the bathrooms are excellent. The breakfast is also typical Jordanian comfort food.

The staff were lovely, the room was large but could be a little cleaner.

I opened the room and saw a hot air balloon! It’s not far from the ancient city, but when you drive through Jordan, the Sichuan-Tibet line is nothing 😅, it’s really like heaven and earth.

Брали этот отель, чтобы переночевать и набраться сил перед посещением главной достопримечательности. Прекрасный мужчина на ресепшене сразу показал свое гостепреимство, ответил на все вопросы. В номере было очень чисто и уютно. Кровать удобная, удалось хорошо поспать. Рекомендую это место!
