Best hotel I have ever been to, and arguably the best Four Seasons location as well. The staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and anticipate your needs before you ask. Especially want to compliment reception and concierge because we used their services every day and they handled each request for reservations and directions and cars with grace and professionalism! The staff made us feel like we were the most important guests, and we feel that way every time despite the hotel being very busy the whole week. This time, we hired a tour guide the hotel arranged for us, and we were extremely happy with her! She was wonderful, helpful, and knew Seoul very well. The driver was also really professional, efficient and friendly. The room was wonderful, clean, and we looked forward to coming back each day. The hotel breakfast and room service were fantastic - highly recommend eating the buffet style breakfast downstairs. We also love the hotel pool and spa facilities. We will definitely be back, and can't wait for our next stay. Thank you~

The room was quiet, on a high floor, and had a great view. The service was excellent. It's very conveniently located, with Gwanghwamun Station on Line 5 right downstairs, and City Hall Station on Line 2 also nearby, plus Line 1. Getting around Korea by subway is super easy and convenient.

This is my 6th FS hotel in dif countries and it’s best by far. The room had a very stylish and modern design, the breakfast had everything regardless of your food preferences, the staff was very helpful with our specisl requests. Especially loved the restaurant Maru - korean food there and the wonderful mango bingsu were worth to kill for!

Overall, the experience was decent. I slept very comfortably. The front desk service was just okay; they gave me a room near the corner with a pillar blocking part of the window, so the view outside wasn't great. Plus, there was a parade outside, which made it a bit noisy.
