I recently stayed at Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu for 2D1N during Hari Raya and booked 2 Deluxe Rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, especially during the festive season.

The check-in process was smooth despite the busy Raya period. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the arrival experience easy and stress-free. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the layout was practical, suitable for resting after a long day of visiting family and open houses.

One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently located in Kuala Terengganu, making it easy to travel around for Raya visits and explore nearby areas. Parking was also manageable during our stay.

Although the hotel is not luxurious, it offers good value for money and meets expectations for a short stay. The overall environment was quiet and suitable for relaxation after a busy day.

During my stay, I encountered several issues related to the room facilities and overall hygiene standards. Firstly, the carpet in the room had a strong musty smell, which made the environment very uncomfortable. It gave the impression that proper cleaning or ventilation had not been carried out.

Secondly, the shower facilities were extremely disappointing. The water pressure was unstable and the temperature difficult to control, making the shower experience quite unpleasant.

Lastly, I was concerned about the condition of the bath towels provided. The towels appeared yellowish and did not look clean, which is far below the standard I would expect from a hotel of your level.

These issues significantly affected my stay, and I hope the management will take immediate action to improve the condition and maintenance of the rooms.

Room with 2 single bed. Parking agak terhad kalau balik hotel lewat, kena park dekat luar. Bilik saya ada bau rokok, maybe pengunjung sebelum ni pernah smoking dalam bilik. Keadaan bilik ok, cuma takde hair dryer. Kena mintak kat receptionist. Overall ok

my husband and son enjoyed it so much
love the breakfast too
everything was okay (except I dont really fond the dust at each of room corner but thats not a big deal)
we just focusing on having rest & sleep because most of the time we’re out of the room.

we get room at the corner & away from lift (as I requested)

The hotel is not as what i expected. Not worth my money at all. I give an extra points to all staff, at least they tried to fulfill my request.
First room, i got a very bad bed. Can feel the spring when you lay on the bed. Even the pillow os not arranged tidy. The toilet is not really clean. The carpet in the room is wet beside of the bed. I request to change room, then the staff is really helpfull. But still, the cleanliness is same. Housekeeping same as first room, but with better bed. However, the iron is horrible, managed to burn my scarft and shirt.

Just want to compliment the nasi dagang and kacang pool during breakfast. But dont have a lot of choices. Overall, not a good stay.
