All was good for this hotel especially for the location, but need upgrade the sink and gym.

1. There's a blood stain or something red on the bidet???? 2. The toilet seat is peeling and moldy. It's so disgusting I didn't want to use it. 3. The sink was incredibly dirty, either moldy or something else... Ugh. 4. The AC was set to 16 degrees but it wasn't cooling the room at all. I was sweating all night!!! I couldn't sleep a wink last night because the toilet was so gross. The bathroom smell spread throughout the room... Honestly, this is the WORST experience I've ever had with Horison. I definitely don't recommend staying here.. Absolutely fed up. How can a 3-star hotel be like this?????? Seriously gave me the creeps staying here, I swear I'm never coming back.

Excellent location, very close to Semarang Old Town and easily walkable. There's a convenience store right next door, along with numerous other dining options nearby. The hotel rooms are clean, with towels replaced daily and regular room cleaning service.
