The conditions of the farmhouse are not very good. The place is quite remote. The boss is quite polite. But the house is too small and there is no drinking water inside. I left after one night. It is too far away and the transportation is not convenient. You should not stay here in the future.

Staff were really helpful, above and beyond. Motorcycle hire easy to arrange, great price. Room very clean and tidy, well presented. Mattress not too hard, pillows good. Shower not next to toilet! Great pressure. Free toiletries. About 1.4 km from crab market, easy walk. Great place to stay and would highly recommend Khmer House Guesthouse.

This Guesthouse has rooms that are completely renovated. Bathroom has really nice safe tile like river rock. Beautiful views of the national park and ocean from the restaurant on top floor.

I have rarely seen such nice staff. The owner was caring and attentive to our every need. As for the room, it is very simple but functional, we don't need more. We ate once in the restaurant and it was very good. I highly recommend this place for a short stay in Kep.
