An excellent experience! I was here for both business and leisure. The location is superb, offering a tranquil escape amidst a bustling area. The aromatherapy scent was lovely, and the restroom always felt fresh. Breakfast was also fantastic, with the staff constantly offering food and thoughtfully explaining the taste and sweetness of the desserts – a definite bonus! If you're looking for a place near the Bund, this is my top choice. I'll likely return.

From the exquisite 'Happy Birthday' cake to the romantic bed in the bedroom adorned with flower petals spelling out '60TH', every detail was perfectly arranged. My wife was absolutely delighted, feeling incredibly pampered and surprised. Both the hardware at Banyan Tree Shanghai on the Bund and the soft service from people like Deslin are exceptional. Highly recommended! My wife also booked spa treatments for two consecutive days, and the therapists provided top-notch service.

The rooms are spacious, with soft and comfortable bedding. The bathroom is well-designed with sensible分区, making it very convenient to use, and housekeeping is thorough and timely. The breakfast selection is rich and exquisite, a perfect blend of Chinese and Western options. The light meals on the second floor are thoughtfully balanced and refreshing. Every staff member we encountered was warm, attentive, polite, and meticulous, making our entire stay relaxing and comfortable. The room's scent was wonderfully soothing and luxurious, and the minibar was fully stocked. We enjoyed the sunset over the Huangpu River in the evening.
