Upon checking in I  was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of  our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable.

The hotel is quite good and comfortable, the room is spacious and clean, the breakfast is delicious and varied, in the middle of the city and the crowds.

Kumala Hotelは立地が便利で移動がしやすかった。部屋は清潔で落ち着いた雰囲気があり、リラックスできた。スタッフの対応も丁寧で安心感があった。ただ、建物自体は少し古さを感じる部分もあったけれど、その分落ち着いた空気があって居心地は悪くなかった。朝食もシンプルだけど満足できる内容で、全体的にコスパは良いホテルだと思う。
