Big Hotel

Nice and great hotel. Very accessible to the main city and public places.

Nice accommodation as usual, near and accessible to everything. Good price too, though when you walk in you get a cheaper price. Towels are kind of old too.

The room is nice & spacious. Only problem is their breakfast, its not not that nice, one of the food is almost spoilt. We have to tell the staff there to pull out the food before other people complain.

The the staff were very professional, friendly and their service was efficient and always delivered with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Room is indeed BIG!.. There is room for improvement for morning check-out procedure... Thank you very much for the upgrade and the hospitality!.. A value-for-money stay in Mandaue City...

The place is near to a shopping center and ******. Two hospitals are also few blocks away. The staff are accomodating. They allow early check ins (6am onwards) for some rooms that are available, which is convenient for early morning flights.

I would like to commend all the staffs from the hotel’s breakfast buffet area. They were so accommodating and ready to assist without a need to be prompted. Was just a bit disappointed at time of check-in when asked if early check-in was possible. Not because that the room wasn’t ready yet but it’s because of the Receptionist’s (Rhea-wearing eye glasses) approach and responses to the said request. Nevertheless, had a good stay and might be coming back to stay.

The lobby was really good, the room was decent, and the breakfast was nice... but the bathroom was a barely serviceable. I mean it was clean, but the bidet had zero pressure, the shower had the worst temperature controls and the wand barely reached down to my chest. The sink felt like it was about to come off the wall. There was mediocre water pressure, and the towels wouldn't reach around me.
