Elegant Hotel Xi'an Bell Tower Yongningmen

My friends and I booked this hotel to see what Xian has to offer, and to see the Terra Cotta Army! Our flight back home was suddenly canceled due to weather, but extending our stay was super easy! Staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and very welcoming to foreigners! Nina was available 24/7 if we needed anything, which I was very grateful for! The bar makes a stout drink if that's what you're after, and the view of nightlife is beautiful from the rooftop bar! The rooms are clean and very luxurious, there's a nearby pedestrian street with plenty of bars and restaurants to try, and the location is basically in the heart of downtown Xian, just inside the south gate! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Xian!

After a disappointing experience at our first hotel in Xi'an, we were incredibly relieved to find the Elegant Hotel at the last minute. It completely changed our trip and gave us the perfect ending to our stay in this beautiful city. As a family of five, we booked two double rooms with king-size beds. Both rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we walked into the hotel until the moment we checked out, everything felt thoughtfully planned and professionally managed. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and polite. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the complimentary afternoon tea and snacks on the hotel's terrace while overlooking the ancient Xi'an City Wall. The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, making it one of our favorite memories from Xi'an. The location is excellent, with many attractions easily accessible, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. There was a generous selection of delicious Chinese dishes as well as several Western options, so everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Our only regret is that we didn't discover this hotel from the beginning of our trip. If we had, we would have spent two wonderful days in Xi'an instead of just one. We wholeheartedly recommend the Elegant Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and memorable stay in Xi'an. If we ever return to Xi'an, there is no doubt where we will stay. We will definitely choose the Elegant Hotel again!

Was a amazing stay. Clean, good service, nice design, felt homey, super good room, specious, have everything. I was surprised how good it was. I definitely will come again.

This hotel is amazing. Probably the best I’ve stayed at so far. They are all so helpful, they even fixed my broker luggage twice! Receptionist, Liu xiaoxiao, is very helpful despite the language barrier. They even gave me recommendations for places to go. I will come back with my family during winter time and will 100% stay here again. Also, the location is very accessible. It’s quite literally beside the South city gate and basically everything is walkable (if you like the challenge of walking in 37c heat). I mostly took Didis and I never paid more than ¥15, so you can imagine how accessible it is. It also has a lot of freebies. Breakfast buffet is also highly recommended. If you can, definitely upgrade to a room with breakfast included. Very efficient and clean. 10/10

Oh this hotel was amazing! Nini was the best! My friends and I arrived after visiting Luoyang. We checked in and was got a nice surprise. Our rooms were upgraded! We already were on a “Treat Yo Self” weekend and it continued! We even were able to book a performance through Nancy in the lobby. The show was absolutely breathtaking! We were scheduled to leave the next day but our flight was cancelled. We were able to extend without any issues whatsoever. The bed was the soft and the shower was great after a long day. We went to the rooftop for drinks after we came back and we got an amazing view of the city wall. If I make it back to Xi’an I would definitely stay here again! The breakfast was delicious also!
