Absolutely loved this hotel! The service concept is fantastic, and the environment is beautiful and comfortable.

This is my first time leaving a hotel review, and I'm genuinely shocked by the service here. I checked in at 4:30 AM, and to my disbelief, the room wasn't cleaned the next day. The hotel's ridiculous excuse was that since I checked in so late, it didn't count as a full day, so they wouldn't clean it by default. Did I pay you less money?! Fine, I was exhausted after a long day, and the room was a mess, so I conceded. I went out to a convenience store and asked the hotel to clean the room while I was gone. When I returned, what did I find? The sheets were only straightened, not changed. The welcome fruit from the previous day was still on the table. And the bathroom mat hadn't been replaced. Is this truly the service you get at Banyan Tree? For the same price, I highly recommend finding a newer hotel. Oh, and the Wi-Fi was extremely unstable too.

Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay here, and the experience is always excellent. They're currently undergoing renovations, so Moon Bar is temporarily closed, and the lobby has moved to the 19th-floor lounge. I wasn't bothered by any construction noise during my stay, which shows how considerate the hotel is. I look forward to staying here again. The water temperature in the bathroom is quite hard to control; I hope they can improve that.

The Banyan Tree Bangkok truly lives up to its reputation as a luxurious hotel. From the moment we stepped in, the staff's service was impeccable and attentive to every detail. We were greeted with fragrant wristbands and delicious roasted pumpkin, and our room was incredibly comfortable and beautiful. It offers great value for money, and if they have special offers again, I will definitely choose to stay here on my next trip to Bangkok. It's a fantastic choice.

The service was great. Housekeeping cleaned our room meticulously every day during our two-night stay.

Facilities: The room is clearly well-maintained with an old-money charm, exactly the vacation vibe I was looking for. Cleanliness: The bathroom and floor were spotless, not a single hair found. The bedding was also incredibly clean. A big thank you to the housekeeping staff for their efforts. Environment: It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, which I found perfectly fine. Since I booked the club lounge, my main focus was to enjoy the hotel, gym, and pool. Service: I arrived quite late, but the staff courteously brought my luggage to the room. During check-in, I was offered a welcome tea and towel, which instantly melted away my travel fatigue. I truly felt at home!

One of the most satisfying hotels from our trip to Thailand! I mentioned it was our anniversary trip with my girlfriend before check-in, and they went all out with a beautiful room setup and even upgraded us several room categories. It truly made our Thailand trip memorable. The room was spacious with a great view. The facilities, while showing some age, didn't feel old or run-down. Located in the heart of Bangkok, close to various shopping malls, the location is excellent. Considering the price, it offers fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!
