InterContinental Hotels GRAND SEOUL PARNAS by IHG

I was very happy with the room. This isn't my first time staying at this InterContinental, but this time I booked an executive floor room. It was my first time trying the executive lounge, and I was particularly impressed with the staff and the food and beverages offered. There was a small incident on the day of check-out. After checking out, I realized I'd left some inexpensive drinks in the fridge in the room. I just went to ask the concierge staff member on a whim, and to my surprise, he was incredibly dedicated to helping me find them, making calls, and running back and forth. A huge thank you to JUNE SEO from the concierge team! 👍🏻 I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Korea. ☺️

The location is fantastic! There's a famous library on the basement level, and the top floor offers convenient access to many nearby attractions, including the largest Ocean Park, all indoors. Plus, there are plenty of shopping malls to explore. Our room was on the executive floor, and having breakfast, lunch, and dinner included was absolutely wonderful!

Highly recommend this hotel! It's conveniently located with a supermarket, coffee shop, and snack bars right downstairs. The subway station is also easily accessible, and there are plenty of brand-name stores around. Right next to the hotel, you'll find the Hyundai Department Store Duty-Free Shop and the super popular Olive Young cosmetics store.

The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very accommodating. They arranged a quiet room away from the elevators for me. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable – not one of those saggy mattresses, which was great for my back. There were coffee capsules and tea bags, and when I asked for extra complimentary bottled water, it was delivered immediately. The hotel has direct access to the COEX mall on the basement level, making it super convenient for meals and coffee. The subway station is also just a short walk to the left of the hotel entrance.

Facilities: Great, the hotel is large and the location is good. Hygiene: The cleaning staff kept it very tidy. Environment: Excellent. Service: Worse than any other hotel I've ever stayed in.

It was just okay. The front desk staff were really slow with check-in, kept double-checking everything even after it was confirmed. It felt like they were singling out Chinese tourists. Left a bad impression, definitely a minus. For 2400 yuan, the service experience definitely didn't match the price.
